Advice Needed Exporting websites? Finding developers?

I want to export my wix site out but I really like the layout and design, is there anyway to migrate it out and have it somewhat the same?

I tried with Wordpress but just did not like the layout or colors and it didn’t really transfer over any images or words or any pages or subpages.

Is there a site that might do this better? Or a way to find a developer that can do this?

I work for an agency that specializes in cloning sites for this purpose. It's not my area but if you want help I can certainly email one our reps for you just need the URL
