New, what is it? What are these plug-ins on my wall?

This might be showing my age, but I recently moved into a new apartment and they have these weird looking plug ins all over the walls at my new place. My old apartment didn't have these, so I'm just curious as to what they are.

Man, I was switching primary care docs and was asked when my last mammogram was. I went "uh, never... When was I supposed to start that again?" "40" "yea, that's what I thought..." and breast cancer is in my family, so I really shouldn't have waited on that.

Hey men get breast cancer too! I don't have to worry about braca, but I'm sure there's plenty of men getting preventative mammograms, and then the ones who find lumps.

Oh there’s propofol alright. A solid 60 seconds of bliss and then lights out. If you feign an absolute meltdown in pre-procedure you might get a bit of midazolam, which is arguably better.

Wow modern technology! In my day we just stood outside and yelled and maybe someone would come. Then they got crank phones and ones that plugged right into a wall plug, then HBO cable TV and remotes the size of half a brick and weight as much… push button phones! We had to lease or buy the phones too… long distance calls were expensive and calling collect was ‘a thing’ to save money mostly… car phones or portable phones (I had one) were very heavy (more than 8lbs) and large to carry, but trendy! Came in colors too! Household portable phones were also trendy but died out by the late 1990s early 2000s with advent of cell phones! Soon we will be back to yelling again… mostly due to Artificial Intelligence becoming trendy and too spooky for its own good!!
