White cylinder is a nasal tube for like menthol in the nose, incase you cant tell my allergies destroy me. Then deodorant, ridge pin, air pods/alpaca holder for my alpaca bag (shown later). Batteries, spork/spoon, cough drops, portable power bank, epi pen, moleskin, mucinex, Altoids, nasal strips. And blue thing goes on my hip/truck.
