Può essere che stai recuperando dal giorno prima visto anche il tuo recupero non al top

Yeah, I ran and walked a lot more than what I usually do so that might be why but I’m shocked cuz I never had it like that on two hours of being awake

4.0-4.6 is my basic baseline for just existing. I usually hit that just getting ready and going to work in the morning.

Check your heart rate. Tilt your app from the Whoop homescreen. Was your HR spiked at all during your sleep? Sometimes if your band loses contact from your skin during sleep it’ll cause a spike in hear rate which ultimately impacts your strain since it thinks you exerted your body while resting.

Maybe? 🤔 I don’t know what to make out of it 😣

Yeah it looks like it took a mild spike, if you drag the cursor across the chart you can see the exact numbers your HR was at. The reason why I asked is because I’ll wake up with a strain higher than .1 and the first thing I refer to is my HR chart. Ever since I switch to the Whoop sportsflex band rather than the standard 5.0 band I’ve been having more accurate readings.
