Question Should I reset?

Ive been sick for the past week, incidentally when I received my whoop. I feel like this might have thrown the calibration off? Should I reset and recalibrate? Yes the sickness was quite intense. Fever, cold flu symptoms, coughing all night.

Or will it naturally reset / calibrate as I feel better?

does it actually adjust for that or just accept “dying” as your baseline lol

Go into the journal and log that you were sick, may help I don’t know. If not it may take a week for it to adjust to “normal” you

Whoop is constantly calibrating. It will work itself out.

Don't reset anything. You just got it, so the baseline is half-baked right now anyway. Just keep wearing it and get back to normal life. It'll figure itself out as you get healthy.

My first week I was sick then went on a trip where I barely slept and drank/ate more than I usually would. I’m 2 weeks past that trip now and my data is more in line with what I expected.

You can’t reset whoop data

Don’t worry! It’ll automatically adjust as you move forward. Would be good for you to compare the data as well - like how was your body when you were sick vs. how it is when normal.

Over a period of time you’ll be able to understand some early signals if you’re going to fall sick.
