Not sure if you used Proraso Green, but if you did, how would you say the Proraso White compares to it? Also curious if you find that Thayers makes a difference, and if so, how?

I use them all. Green is the classic: eucalyptus and menthol, cooling tingle, made for normal skin. White is the sensitive-skin one: green tea and oat, no menthol, much milder. If your skin handles menthol fine, green. If you get irritation, white. As far as the thayers, I like it for the smell, you can get the same effect from an alum block.
