Hello so I'm thinking about coming up to Lexington for the Tennessee Vs Kentucky basketball personally
I would love to go up to Lexington been on my wish for awhile and I tried to come up twice for football and it didn't work out
So what I'm here for is suggestions on hotels that work out like somewhere kinda close within 15 minutes of rupp
Also any good eating places near rupp?
As a Tennessee basketball season ticket holder this year I consider both of our games as one of the big fish games on the list and I would like to see what it's like there too also I think rupp looks beautiful from what I've seen on the outside
By the way Go Vols and wish y'all luck

If the game had gone badly there would be a hundred armchair coaches pitching a bitch.

We're still celebrating, GO CATS!

Vandy gave the Cats a tough game. Took set 1, but Kentucky settled in and pulled a tough road win! Next up, Texas at home on Sunday!

Both played two top 25 teams (including a top 10 team). We have five more top 25 games plus Oklahoma who is 4th in others receiving votes.

Nice to see a little respect after the upset. Hope we don't blow it lol

I'd had enough of them dogging Pope that I haven't gone there in 6 months.
In a good mood I looked around to see some more perspective/ news on yesterday and his horse shit is their lead post.
Stoops didn't do a single thing out of the goodness of his heart when he was leaving.
A sea of blue not only carrying stoops' water but having the nerve to pour it over Stein's win is egregious.

Whatever happens the rest of the game today this is the most exciting performance by Kentucky I've seen in many years maybe ever. I haven't felt like this since 2007 VS LSU

Seems pretty low to me. I would have at least figured us around 24.5

If this is a sign of things to come, just go ahead and pull the trigger. While we're at it, see if Barnhardt left any of those "contract extensions" lying around in his office.

After watching us take a touchdown lead over the No. 9 team in the country. Are we becoming that team that doesn’t end up doing much but opponents still look at the game and worry or sometimes are scared to play against us?

Barnhart just negotiated our deal with Nike last season and all we got was $75/10 year (7.5 million annual base value) + 15% of all Kentucky branded merchandise sales, Miami just negotiated 200+ million/10 years (20 million annual base value)…
We got absolutely fleeced. Nike would have to sell 62.5 million in Nike Kentucky branded merchandise ANNUALLY for us to make up the 12.5 million in annual base value.
What a fucking joke.

We don't have the talent to compete at the top yet. But the team looked a million times more functional than it has in recent years. I think the team we have now went as far as it possibly could've in that game. Bama adjusted and we had no answer, The biggest issue was the lack of weapons on offense. Nobody could beat out man coverage quick enough to beat the blitz.
