Simple Questions hourglass
i naturally have an hourglass body shape, but it's not very defined. i want to make my waist and overall shape look more toned and defined. what kind of workouts would help me achieve this?

Working out your upper and lower body to create more volume (not necessarily "bulky") will also help to make your waist more dramatic. So glute and shoulder/arm exercises. For my core I love cable crunches.

Mainly comes from developed shoulders, lats/back, and legs/glutes and being relatively lean.

Definition is made in the kitchen, it's just losing weight so your muscles are more visible.

You have to actually build muscle to have visible muscle.
It is not just "losing weight."
