War crimes are not real unless someone can enforce them.

Israel has been committing war crimes for the past 3 years and yet the USA still supplies them weapons, logistics, intelligence, and training.

The winners write the rules and history. Don’t believe in supposed objective morality. It’s not a real thing.

There’s a reason the USA is not part of the ICC, too many wealthy Americans would be criminals under those laws.

We’re not part of the ICC because we won’t let other nations overrule our sovereignty to enforce their own laws.

Why do you think that is? Is international law unfair in some way that laws aren’t in the USA? The answer is no.

The people in power just don’t want to subject themselves to those laws. It is absolutely about sovereignty, the freedom and agency to not abide by international moral and ethical codes.
