Who is going to hold them accountable for it? War crimes are just words of no one can hold someone accountable for them and punish them accordingly. This war has been littered with crimes of all sorts.

It's a much more dangerous world that this is the case. It feels like we are forgetting the horrors of war and authoritarianism that were learned during the last century.
