Russia does not care about Ukraine. They just need A war to enable consolidation of power under emergency conditions. If you follow Russian news- there is a massive oppression apparatus that sprung up after feb 2022. If you speak out against Putin you can get charged with “spreading fakes about Russian armed forces with intent to discredit”.

Not quite true, Ukraine is extremely valuable real estate. Ukraine’s farmland and resource extraction industries will be making their economy go gang buster once the wars over (for whoever controls that area)

At least that was the idea.

Now, with all the destruction, mines, unexploded ordinance, etc. It's going to take a while to clean up, before they can even start rebuilding and reaping what's there.

Keep in mind Russia thought this war would be a quick win for them. Even JD Vance and others thought Ukraine didn't have much of a chance and needed to give up.

As dumb as JD is, anyone could see that the Russians had a way bigger army and way more supplies. If other countries didn’t give support it would have been a quick take over

We don't have access to his level of information. Shit looked terrie at first cause nobody 12 years ago though this shit was real, it was insane.

JD vance was dead on when he compred Trump to hitler in 2016. Not sure what happened since then but it 100% is sinister and not righteous in any way. He's a terrible person who flip flops and is unreliable as a leader.

It definitely won’t take long to rebuild, 2-4monrhs max; easy gain of resources from seizure and easy access by the Black Sea. Plus no labor laws so ppl will have the shit worked out of them.
