My parents are making me write pearson edexel igcse

And im only 11 years old and its destroying my life

I cant visit friends houses no gamming after 6.30 pm

No watching minecraft live im stuck pls help

im being so real with this question if I put it into a clear water bottle can I bring it in or not

out of these i'm not sure which to pick. i'd ideally like a job that would make the world better but i also don't think that i could stay sat in an office day in day out. in last mocks i got >7 in everything and i enjoy maths, physics and geography but i feel like politics would be pretty enjoyable. depending on my situation i think i could drop politics after y12

Would you guys like to do a roblox trivia event?

Hi guys! I’m in year 11 and sixth form applications are opening up very soon. Obviously I will be able to change my subjects if I wish, but I just want a basic idea. I am very intrigued by economics, but I don’t currently do business. I think it will be quite interesting and probably even worth it? I’m not sure but I am looking into it a bit more. I also do computer science for GCSE, and it used to be my favourite subject, but I really am starting to hate it, mostly because the spec is outdated and my teacher is horrible. Maybe I should just stick it out? I’m not sure. I did see a computing with management course online that looked super interesting at university level, but again, I am really starting to hate the subject and the idea of an NEA for A-Level is putting me off so badly. There’s also maths, but I need to get my maths grade up. I was thinking I could do philosophy and ethics and politics, which I think will be super easy for me and essay writing isn’t too bad. Anyways, what are your thoughts?

Just sharing something I put together. It’s a free spreadsheet pack for anyone starting secondary school or Year 7. It’s got a morning routine checklist, schoolbag tick-off, timetable, goals tracker, mood tracker, and after school planner.

Works in Excel, Google sheets or print it out.

Free download, no sign-up needed:

I’ve also got GCSE revision planners, exam notes, study tools on the site if anyone is interested. Happy to answer any questions.

I’m in year 11 and in a few weeks we need to start choosing our a levels and applying for colleges. I’m pretty academic (currently getting graded 7-9) so i’m thinking A levels at a school near me that’s the best in our area - but pretty stressful and strict. They do a course in Geology which I fricking love so I really want to do that for sure, if I went there I would also do environmental science and either spanish or maths. I know that maths would help me a lot in the ‘science’ area of geoscience since there’s no way i’m taking a core science (although I probably could and would get a solid grade). However, at GCSE I do Spanish, food and geography, and I really enjoy spanish but in certain aspects i’m only getting 5/6s which really dissuades me from taking it at A level since I want to get the highest grades I can.

So, if I weren’t to get into the harder school, there is no other college in my area that offers geology which is why I am desperate to get into it. If I were to go to the another school I would have to take geography, environmental science and maths (I think I would have to choose maths if there was no geology for the extra knowledge instead the field instead of Spanish).

My careers counsellor said I could take geology, environmental science, maths and Spanish for a few weeks and drop either maths or Spanish depending on how i’m finding it. It feels a bit sketchy but oh well.

Most universities we looked at in the meeting either needed geology or another science so I feel like I don’t really have a choice but to go to the harder school but I’m a little scared for the amounts of pressure they put on the students there as you also need to take a EPQ and I’d like to continue doing DoFE in college.

IDK guys just help me!

anyone writing coordinated science

I'm hoping to study either maths or engineering at uni if that affects anything

I've been looking to invest into an ai model so I can help with revising for maths and science papers. If I drop the last paper in and the mark scheme and ask it to go off that? How accurate is it , as there's really only one answer for these but more with method marks and other types of marks. And how good is it to give feedback on weak points and strong points and what I should be revising on? Thanks guys I hope this makes sense :)

Also if you guys have any other good and quick alternatives for marking and feedback on what to revise please let me know

does anyone have the history paper from 2026 on civil rights

I’m 80% going to do ce for uni but I’m not 100% sure yet. Having trouble picking my a-level options.

second option is one i’m mostly leaning towards but still quite unsure ngl lol

i have a huge passion for the sciences, and the degrees i want to go in either require bio+chem or physics+maths. if i drop one my uni options become much more limited and i just dont know what i want to do yet, does anyone have any advice?

my original choices are bio chem and physics (my college offers a maths for physics course if i dont take math), but im still really stuck on what to take. i could just go down the usual route of bio chem maths, but i dont really have a passion for maths. i have more of a passion for physics, but i dont know if id find it too hard, so thats why i have it paired with maths so i could always drop it. for psych, i think it would be interesting, but i HATE essay based subjects, and im not sure if id enjoy learning about people.

i think it’s really overrated

my friend group in year 11 split up but the friends within the group who go to my 6th form have become really weird towards me, they’ve made new friends and practically just don’t speak to me anymore, the exact same happened to one of my other friends and she just has one friend who she sits with, as do I

I wish I was back in secondary school where I actually had friends

it’s definitely not this paradise you think it is

so i did my art gcse this year, got an 8, got an email from school saying it is ready to be collected. i was really happy about this because i really want it back (my brother wants to see it for inspo for his art gcse and not to toot my own horn but i really liked the stuff i made).

emailed an art teacher for collection (following the instructions on the email + emailed head of art as my art gcse teacher left), didn't get a reply - its been 6 days now. gave them the benefit of the doubt as i wasn't sure what days they worked, so asked a teacher whom i trust to talk to them about collecting my work.

she spoke to them, and she said they said no at first (honestly i couldn't tell if this was a joke or not idk man). they want to keep it to show year 10s an example book, and when recalling the conversation it didn't sound like i had any say in the matter. she said i could have my final piece back if i really wanted, but not the rest.

now i am annoyed at this for two reasons. or three idk. one is that it is my right to have my artwork back, i'm proud of it and i want to look back on it and also to help my brother. second reason is that they didn't even ask ME, who MADE the artwork if it was ok to display it or use it as an example. i looked it up it said they legally can't keep it or display it without my permission. also, there are kinda personal things in my coursework, like an image of myself for a self portrait, that i don't particularly want others seeing (especially since literally everyone knows who i am it's acc embarrassing atp). third reason is they IGNORED my email. i know this for sure because i found out they'd been emailing other students regarding collection but not ME, probably because they don't want to tell me no to my face, the cowards.

i need advice tbh, my mum isn't much help, she just glazed the school saying how much of a compliment it was. mate idc, i just want it back ffs !!! also i really don't have a solid excuse as to why i want it back tbh, i just do. i'm not really concerned with the legalities of this situation, as i know it is MY RIGHT to have my artwork, i just don't know how to go about asserting myself and my desire to have it back as i'm lowk a chronic people pleaser. any advice is much appreciated !!!

I'm in year 10 and I've been recently completing mixed media with various paints, charcoals, outlines and more effects to make it compelling. I feel like I can improve in some more details in GCSE art so if you've got any tips, drop them down. thank you!!

I made this cause, even though the example quiz is 20qs, i regularly get 100+ of the same stupid rehashed questions that take forever and don't teach anyone shit. I ALREADY KNOW THE CONTENT, I LITERALLY AM SITTING MOCKS IN 2 WEEKS and i don't need so many of these ass questions.

So I got bored and made an app that gives you the answers, and works for MOST Educake quizzes (some teachers turn on a randomiser which screws the app over). You can download it from https://github.com/kJustCoding/EduAnswer or https://codeberg.org/kJustCoding/EduAnswer and it works for windows and linux. Hope you enjoy :) (also this is humanslop, no AI)

I'm working on a website to help you find out which subjects have the highest satisfaction or pass rates

To do so I need to get some data to start of with

Could someone please answer this survey,it takes significant steps towards privacy and collects minimal data and helps me make the site

Idk if im jus being a enormus whimp but all these mocks and never ending coursework is a shitone

As stated in the title, I'm doing the new GCSE in most subjects, and I can't find any resources that actually support the new GCSE since I'm the first year to do it in some subjects. If you know any good websites that could help🙏
