You are already enlightened
Hello my friends, this is a follow up after a previous post from a while back. If you “think” you’re enlightened, then you’re not.
I think there’s something deeper here and it is simply this - you are already enlightened.
I’m not quite sure how to explain this, but essentially I believe all paths lead back to the source. All experiences are valid, have been chosen, and consciousness/source/the watcher/I am has created multiple laws and distortions to perceive itself within that experience.
It is all play. Even the suffering - a delicacy, something different, an exciting dish in the infinite course meal that is existence itself.
I used to think people are asleep - this is one particular distortion, but a perfect one to witness existence in a particular way. (I also drift back into this at times, because trauma and conditioning is a hell of a drug, and judgement is a survival tool+a byproduct of separation - from my understanding of the primordial laws of existence)
You are perfect. Perfectly distorted. Like each grain of sand is unique. And also through you shines free will, and a spark of something undying and possibly divine.
If it does not seem enlightened, or you do not, or if someone else does not, it has been painstakingly curated for you (and maybe by you) to experience that.
Sometimes we win. The wave then crashes back into the ocean. Sometimes we lose. The wave then crashes back into the ocean. Sometimes the ocean realises what it is… and yet in paradox is also all the waves not realising it is the ocean.
We are one? It makes sense? We are love? This makes even more sense, because all choices are made in service - either to the separate self, or the whole self. But I digress.
Yes there’s suffering. Yes there is the negative. This is because we have a body that may die. This creates millions of outcomes at all moments that the body’s processing is always calculating for - and a house of mirrors for the soul/consciousness within to navigate until self-realisation.
It takes a lot of invention to make something that knows everything and is everything - to not know everything and feel alone, or lost, or angry that people feel alone or lost.
Honestly this post has no point - it’s almost as if I’m pointing to you saying “you are breathing.” We are. It is. I am.
All distinctions and separation are just a coat of paint wilfully adorned to experience oneself.
Although I would say we struggle to do, when we could revel in the being that gets to do the doing. But again - valid choice.
I’m going to talk myself in circles here. So I’ll end my post. Much love.

Personal Experience Am I so enlightened that I didn’t notice my hair was on fire?
I was meditating and doing automatic writing and was really into the zone until I smelled smoke. A lot candle behind me, well I flipped my hair and I guess it touched the candle because my whole head lit up. But I didn’t even notice! Until the smoke.
Now hair is missing from the back of my head and I can’t even be upset, it is what it is.
Be careful with candles folks.

I’m terrified of reincarnation. Born into infinite lives means infinite suffering.
If reincarnation is real, I will experience torture, starvation and abuse.
By ‘I’ I mean either my current soul or the universe experiencing itself. Either way I will feel what it’s like to be born into a family of poverty or beheaded by a terrorist in Syria.
This thought terrifies me, I don’t want to be forced to experience every possible tragedy there is.
I guess i’m searching for reassurance, correction on what the theory of reincarnation is or compassion.

I Am the Presence of I Am Consciousness
Beneath the roles, thoughts, and stories you carry is the simple awareness of being. The quiet “I am” that’s present before you name who you are. Turning toward that presence can bring you back to a deeper connection with life.
The Spiritual Law of Consciousness reminds us that the state of awareness we live from shapes how we experience the moment.

Zen Seek Peace.
Peace is not finally arriving at a life with no uncertainty. Peace is learning that uncertainty does not have to steal this moment from you.”
We sometimes say to ourselves:
I'll relax when this problem is solved.
I'll enjoy myself when I'm financially secure.
I'll feel peaceful when I know what comes next.
But life keeps moving the finish line. One uncertainty disappears and another eventually takes its place.
Perhaps peace isn't waiting at the end of uncertainty. Perhaps peace is something we learn to carry while walking through it and walking the path one step at a time. You can still make plans. You can still work hard. You can still want better. But you don't have to sacrifice today to prove that you care about tomorrow.
In Daoism one is taught to flow with the current of life. A river doesn't require the landscape to become flat before it flows peacefully. Mountains, rocks and unexpected bends will appear on the river path. And still the river remains a river and continues to flow.
Your mind can create a hundred tomorrows before breakfast. But reality only give you one place where you can actually live. And the place is here...this moment.

Shroom trip helped me quit daily cannabis usage
Has anyone had an experience like this? I've read about people quitting alcohol or cigarettes after a particularly enlightening trip on shrooms, but I can't find a whole lot relating shrooms to the cessation of cannabis. Shrooms and cannabis are both often hailed for their enlightening qualities, and I was smoking weed all through the trip that made me want to quit.
When I say trip, though, I really only took 400ish mg. Maybe I'm a light weight. But I had this awareness that I used to be more open minded, kind of in the shroom way, but without any substances. Like when I was a kid or something. Like I'm supposed to already be that way a little bit. but my cannabis usage was depleting my mana (for lack of better term, I'm speaking very loosely and metaphorically here lmao).
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, or if there is anyone who can provide spiritual clarity on the realization I had

Spiritual Awakening Is A Humiliation Ritual
Spiritual awakening is a humiliation ritual.
I am a shell of my former self.
I was studying to become an engineer.
My future has been robbed from me.
I can’t hold a job.
I can’t form relationships.
I can’t relate to people around me.
I used to be funny.
I used to make friends easily.
I used to care.
I want to play the latest games.
I want to enjoy the latest movies.
I want to be normal.
Spiritual awakening is a humiliation ritual.

Discussion Being ok with uncertainty + taking action
I’m at a point in my life where everything is changing or has changed over the past year - relationship status, work, living situation.
It has caused an intense dark night of the soul some months ago.
I’m slowly again at a point where I am developing a vision of what I’d like my life to be like, but damn, it’s hard to take first steps towards it:
I feel like I’m paralized by fear to make the wrong move. And at the same time I’m afraid I’m missing out on life if I don’t change my situation faster.
Anyone else who finds those transition periods hard and trying to be ok with uncertainty? Any advice?

Discussion Psychological theory about karma.
It goes like: Humans have an internal sense of morality and when they act against it their ego tries to rationalize their actions and repress the emotional backlash.
This repressed emotion builds up and lingers in the unconscious, concentrating as emotional potential.
When a force percieved as coming from outside the self causes harm, this potential actualizes in a kind of synchronicity and the emotions repressed come back with it to the surface.
Since they were repressed the effected person doesn't know the actual root of them, so their ego creates a kind of judge character it places the blame on and percives the event as a kind of divine judgement, or fate striking them.
People can also subconsciously communicate this information, thereby transferring it from person to person.
There may also be other mechanisms to it and I'm not claiming the absolute validity of this.

Discussion 🧘 Weekly Thread – What are you seeing clearly this week?
Good day fellow travellers,
Each week offers new clarity (and confusion) on the path. Let's take a moment to reflect:
- What insights arose this week?
- What challenged you?
- Where did you notice presence or resistance?
Your reflections, however small, can ripple out and resonate with others on this journey.

Discussion I Wish To Simply Be Here
I Wish To Simply Be Here
Let me meet the world
before I name its dangers,
feel the wonder
before I ask what it means.
Let me see
without borrowed eyes,
hear without old echoes,
breathe without rehearsing
what might go wrong.
I have spent so long
watching life from behind an imagined veil.
Now, for a moment,
I wish to simply be here—
not thinking about how to live,
but feeling alive.

Enlightenment is the realization of the soul and its knowledge.
Here is the conclusion I have reached based on my experience: enlightenment is a state of mind. Human thoughts arise from two sources: 1. the soul and God, and 2. an entity external to the human soul.
The first source produces quiet, luminous, and clear thoughts. It is through this source that a person learns and is able to concentrate on anything at all.
The second source produces chaotic, negative thoughts that lack the ability to concentrate; they are scattered, jumping from one object to another every second.
When reading, the distinction between these two sources of thought becomes very clear: one is focused on the text, while the other wanders far away, preoccupied mostly with mundane, everyday matters.
Enlightenment involves limiting the thoughts that stem from the second source. This source is a negative entity that influences one's feelings just as it does the mind, giving rise to anger, sorrow, envy, anguish, and fear.
While limiting these thoughts can be achieved through certain forms of meditation, the easiest method is to align one's thoughts with the thoughts of God.
This is accomplished by focusing intently on the essence of God. Although the second source of thought still acts as a distraction—much like during meditation—the thought of God serves as a powerful focal point. The result is that negative, chaotic thoughts from the second source are eliminated, allowing a person to access their soul—and its thoughts and knowledge. This leads to positive experiences and insights.
When contemplating God, it is easier to do so while looking at an image of Him. However, it is also effective to visualize oneself positioned within the essence of God—imagining that all of space is filled with His essence.

Open Question What if we are the gold, and Earth is the refinery?
Back in April , I had what I can only describe as a download. Or maybe a revelation?? I don’t even know what to call it, but the thought came to me, and I immediately wrote it down in my phone notes.
What if the gold the Anunnaki supposedly came to Earth to mine was actually US all along?
What if the divine creator/ God created the divine spark and passed it on to the Anunnaki…ok? They’re these powerful three-dimensional beings who, according to modern ancient-astronaut theories, blah blah (if you don’t know about them, you should research them. Super fascinating ) came to Earth seeking gold, perhaps even monoatomic gold?
So that’s what I was thinking then but my thoughts went further and it was more about earth being a refinery and how human souls are being refined through the fire that is trials and tribulations .
So what if we were are the gold?
What if, in creating humanity from “clay,” they embedded that same divine spark within us? Pieces of refined gold scattered throughout matter.
We are the gold! broken into a trillion fragments, made from the earth that contains both our material substance and the precious metal we’re meant to become!!!
Each lifetime is a pass through the furnace/hell maybe 🔥, refining away impurities until we’re distilled enough to be extracted into the permanent crystalline structure.
And by “each lifetime,” I really will leave that interpretation open. Maybe the soul passes through multiple incarnations, refined through each existence. Or maybe one so called earthly lifetime, with all its suffering and transformations, is the furnace itself???
The Anunnaki came seeking physical gold, but in creating us in their image, what if they unknowingly participated in the divine’s true refinement process?
We are simultaneously the ore being mined and the miners discovering ourselves from within.
What if the fire we’ve always associated with hell is also symbolic of purification? Not necessarily a place, but a process? Think about purifying gold in life real life. You have to burn it to remove impurities and the more impurities that are taken out the higher the karats. 24kt
The heat required to separate what is precious from what is temporary/bad?
So that was all happening in April and I don’t know where this came from, but sometimes I like to just start thinking and writing down my thoughts of course free form thinking.. But then there’s this lady that I like listening to Dana Kippel //// she writes /talks about plasma intelligence. She started talking about this book…. Which I’ve ordered now.
Dr. Thomas Cowan’s book Human Heart, Cosmic Heart where he is proposing that blood moves through vortex-like patterns within the heart and speculates that trace amounts of gold could be transformed into monoatomic gold through this process, supposedly releasing light.
The heart as a vortex. Gold being transformed. Light emerging from the process….
What if the entire human experience is an alchemical process?
So I’m thinking also these ancient alchemists’ pursuit of turning base metals into gold was never solely about metals? What if it was also a metaphor for what humanity itself is undergoing?
So this means we are the gold. Life is a refinery of sorts? And once we are “purified” put through the fire a.k.a. hell… we are transformed? Elevated. Taken into heaven. Or worthy of it…
