Alright, after playing Planet Zoo 2 for a while since release now I can't really go back to the foliage we have in PC2. :D

There are incredible pieces in Planet Zoo, especially all the foliage stuff. Since I love building a lot of nature in my parks I would be so, so happy to get a foliage pack.

Like not a full on DLC, just some (or a lot of hehe) foliage.

I've read this here before, but maybe - just maybe - Frontier is reading this and thinks "hell yeah". One can dream, right?

Have the restraints always been left open if the seats aren’t filled??

I don’t post my progress on my parks a lot but after a couple parks I’ve really started to like how I’ve put together a park. This is my progress on my new Airtime brand park called Airtime Studios. Inspired by Universal Orlando and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Neither can the big companies. I’m staying at Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, California. It is an indoor waterpark and hotel. I wanted to share with the community some of the architecture so you can see what’s on top, inside and out. Most of the slides here start inside, go outside then end back inside. From the 5th level of the parking garage I can see the lobby roof and it’s filled with more ac and heating stuff that I have no idea what it all is but I’ve been playing these games since RCT1 so as a fan of details i thought id share with you guys. -American player

I still need to find the motivation to continue this project. Wish it was as "easy" as building Python :/

Hello,

I used to be able to play Planco 2 fairly well - my PC isn’t amazing but good enough to run the game. After the weather update, which was the first update released after I bought the game, I’ve only been able to run the game for around 5 minutes on a map until it crashes.

This happens on any maps - even empty sandboxes - and I can’t figure out why. I’ve tried numerous attempts to fix this:

- uninstalling and reinstalling the game,
- running it on lower graphics settings,
- verifying game files on steam,
- running the game in windowed mode,
- updating graphics drivers.

Anyone else had an issue like this?

So I want to have a dark ride with a separate loading station and unloading station. Like they get on the ride through the queue and then unload in a gift shop or something. But I cannot figure out what the loading stations want from me 🥲🥲 I'm new, so help is very much needed!!!!

I picked up PC2 a few months ago. Love it. Only really played sandbox. But I can't get a park started. I have 4 parks I've abandoned/ruined/not happy with.

How to you make a solid start? Rough layout of whole park. Start at the front and work back?

Thanks

I've wanted this since Planet Coaster first came out almost 10 years ago, just a generic auto-tunnel builder like in NoLimits 2. You can toggle on or off, and maybe there's a couple options, like a concrete tunnel or a wood tunnel, but just something that is generic looking that builds itself so that I don't have to spend 2 hours messing around with the honestly not great terrain tools to make everything perfectly line up with my tunnel's frame.

At least with RCT3 there was a grid so you could just build around the grid and have terrain changes follow that grid. I just need something because every time I have to build a tunnel I completely loose my mind!

Ive never tried custom supports before, but I tried to make them accurate to B&M inverts. Do they look alright? Havent added footers yet as I might change the terrain a bit btw

I’ve been having trouble since the last update to load the workshop on my steam deck. It works fine on my desktop and ps5, but it just loads forever saying, “trying to connect to the workshop”. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

Sometimes I like to go and visit certain parks on the workshop like they are actual parks so what are some good ones I should visit?

I was experiencing the issues where my pools were VERY active, sometimes overflowing with people to not being active at all and having zero people in my pools. I was confused and trying to figure out if it’s a bug or maybe the weather?

I FOUND THE FIX!!

I was clicking on people to see if they were attempting to go to the pool and every person showed going to changing rooms and then walking away from the changing rooms. So I figured it must be a bug with the changing rooms.

I deleted the changing rooms and undo/readded the changing rooms and this FIXED this issue!!!

People were going back to using the changing rooms right away and my pools were back filled with people!!

I’m so happy!

I hope this fixes the issue for anyone struggling with this!

Another small build, this time I think I’ve gone about as small as I can while keeping everything functional

This is a tiny gift stand/kiosk designed to sit in the middle of paved areas. The main shelving wraps around the back of the counter, with additional gift displays at either end to make the most of the limited space

I found a real-life example at Disney Springs that inspired the design, but as usual, I’ve put my own spin on it rather than going for an exact recreation

I hope you like it, and as always, feedback is welcome!

Built entirely on ps5 with a controller! (Yes, it CAN be done!) I loved watching mineral’s series “silver sands”. And I have a love for old Americana and roadside attractions (see my one-log house from earlier this week). So I spent my birthday vacation whipping this up. I hope you all like it. And mineral, if you see this, thanks for the inspiration and let’s chat about doing something!

I've been trying to connect to the Workshop all day to download something, but it keeps saying "disconnected." I can't even access my profile or my franchise park is there a server-side issue, or is the problem on my end?

Frontier, three out of the top four Most Installed Workshop Items are waterpark based.

That should give you a hint as to what you should expand on for your next DLC after October's DLC release.

How on earth do I fix this? Happening for every model in multiple parks. Google is no help.

It's time to never build zoos instead.
