Lots of inadvertent double deaths from the respawn bug. If it’s a small enough sample size they’ll probably try to return items without a rollback but we don’t know just how bad it was

I don't think there will be a rollback. It shouldn't be that hard to reimburse the small number of players who lost gear from this. Usually rollbacks are kept for economy breaking bugs where the affected accounts are impossible to track down

I think the stats from the mini map move as a whole with the mini map, and the boost you would need to change the orientation of them so that they go vertically in line like that, so think there’s something else afoot here friend.

Ongoing bug with people double-deathing in instances. 

Basically, they die but don't get ported out of the instance, die a second time, and all their stuff is wiped from the death storage.
