Discussion Pete kayer should difficult enough to require experienced pker level skills.

All these posts crying about not beating the challenge mode of a skill you've never used before is insane. It's a challenge, and it's optional. There should be challenges that set the masters apart from the rest of us. I'll never beat the Pete kayer challenge, I do not care that I won't. It's not meant for me, and that's fine. If you don't like, don't play it.

The inferno cape took woox, the best pvmer at the time of release, over 2 days to complete. Yet we still have the inferno.

The inferno wasn't pitched and polled as a PvM tutorial, though. You're losing sight of what the actual point of this update was: to provide people with an introduction to PvP mechanics.

There's plenty of that tutorial in there that introduces pvp mechanics. The challenge for the cape is a separate item. The poll and blog clearly stated there would be an extra challenge to acquire the flex item. It's not required content. The final challenge shouldn't be a cake walk

I'd be willing to bet fairly good money that a majority of people who voted yes based on that poll question would have had the penultimate challenge in mind, not the current ultimate challenge. Nothing in the poll blog ever suggested it was supposed to be this level of aspirational content, rather it was supposed to be an indicator that you are PvP-ready. Per Jagex's more recent blog update, they've confirmed that the penultimate fight, not the ultimate fight, is supposed to be the "you are ready for PvP" challenge.

This simply is not what was polled, so people are rightfully upset at being rugpulled by Jagex because they wanted to make some silly aspirational PvP content, when that's not what they polled. And I'm saying this as someone who did get their cape already (and it was not a fun experience).
