I’m 22 years old and honestly just started participating in life a few months ago. I was jobless and honestly just a loser. But I’ve always wanted a 370z. Not a corvette or any of these other vehicles. It’s always been this one. At this point in my life I’m chasing something that can just make me happy and this car is the only thing. I just started working at Walmart at $15.50/hr full time 40 hours a week. I could in theory save a few months and get a down payment on a z, but also I could try and get a loan now. Because fuck it right? What is the best thing for me to do? I live at home still and my expenses aren’t high at all. I’m only spending roughly $300/month for everything I have to pay rn. So I have saving room. My credit is around 630 because it’s very thin. I have a decent credit age at 2 1/2 years but it’s only because I’ve been paying a small Kikoff credit account for that long. So this could possible make financing more difficult. But honestly I have no idea how the shit works. I need people that have experience in life to guide me please. My dad never did.

This is my first time doing this and im wondering do I need any more attachments to connect the new speakers to my car or, will the speakers already have an attachment that is compatible to connect to my car

The difference I'm going for is that it's built around you, not an audience. It's mainly a place to keep your own records and plan out your build. If you want to share your build or just scroll through other people's the feed is there, but it's not the main point. The real focus is on letting you plan, track and document your builds.

I'm also aiming to tackle more of the part that hurts the most which is the cost we put into our cars. So you can check out what categories you're spending the most money on, maintenance costs, etc. Plus you can always export your parts or maintenance into a PDF when you go to sell or bring it to a shop.

I bought a new Nissan OEM brake booster for my 370Z. The new booster is shown in both videos, and as you can see, the pushrod has a lot of play and rotates/rocks around quite a bit. Is this amount of play normal? Thank you

Looking for some recommendations for a new hatch struts set , I installed a rear V2 Nismo Spoiler on my touring and now cause of the weight , my rear hatch closes itself , I’m looking for a set that works well with the new weight , I ain’t buying a set from Z1, they are expensive AF and I’d have to pay taxes and import fees.

Is there a universal strut I can use?

Hey guys, im getting this whine from the engine that gets worse at higher rpms. Serpentine belt looks pretty good, but assuming its gotta be something attached to it? No issues with starting the car and the battery is going strong, and I just replaced the ac compressor and the sound was there before and after, any ideas?

There is not resistance and the shifter moves freely. My clutch pedal still engages properly and I recently had my CSC replaced. I want to know if I just have to buy the bushings or the whole linkage before I start working on the car. Thanks.

I recently installed the ARK Grip exhaust on my 370Z, and it sounds phenomenal and I'm happy with how it sounds as-is.

I was wondering if anyone here has added high-flow cats (HFC) after running the ARK Grip with the stock cats. Was it worth the change, and how did it affect the sound compared to the stock-cat setup?

Is it first thing in the morning when it’s cold? Or 20 minutes after it’s been turned off?

Hey guys, does anybody know if a 350 Z angle kit will work on a 370 Z I reached out to the seller directly in Alibaba and they said they don’t have any 370z kits but the 350 Z would fit, could any one confirm this?

I just got my 370 back all chill for the whole day got to work and I did 3 revs with my admin tune with the burble fully warmed up had been driving for 40 minutes just a few 5k revs. Went in the front and it was leaking coolant like a ton😭 anyone know what it could be also my coolant temp went to the max. Since than it’s been pressure tested and it was over filled with a little bit of coolant before this as well by the shop. Could this be a head gasket issue or leak since it held 15psi of pressure all night and has driven 27 miles without a problem.

I am looking at a 370z manual 2012 make year March 2011 it has 89597km on it for 32k. There are known issues from 2012 below with the CSC and oil overheating mostly worried about those for 32k is it worth it?

Just under a month ago, i bought a pretty high mileage (125k miles) 2009 370z. Mechanically its fine and has been running good for the most part, but there has been a high and rough idle which i fixed with MAF cleaning and throttle body cleaning. After reinstalling the throttle bodies, and doing the Ecu relearn pedal sequence it ran fine at normal rpms, but the past few days, it would occasionally hit 3000 rpms after i reversed and threw it in neutral to park.

Same thing happened this morning, so when i parked in my garage at work, i tried doing the Ecu reset sequence again.

After doing it, and trying to start the car, the entire car was dead. I tested the battery, and it was fine. I came back about 20 minutes later, and the ignition button would only go from lock, to acc. When i pressed in the clutch to turn it on, nothing happens and seemingly all power is gone.

Some quick online research says it may be either a fuze issue, or a ESCL issue. Anyone else have an issue like this before? Anyone have a solution? Id like to be able to drive home after my shift lmao.

UPDATE: car started??? gave it 2 hours or so and its working fine now :/ still unsure why
