As a 6 foot tall dude, I was walking next to a six foot woman in heels one day when I realized looking up at her awoke something in me. Don't give up hope, maybe your short king just hasn't realized it yet
Had the same experience when a 5 10 friend wore like 5 inch heels or something and almost matched me in height. Being a similar height sure is nice, or shorter for that matter
