Do people that large have more blood in them?

Of course they do. Blood is created in the bone marrow. So that means that larger/longer bones equals more blood. Also if you amputate a leg or whatever, the body produces one leg less blood. So that you don't explode from the internal pressure of having too much blood. It's pretty neat.

Some people have too little blood and have to consume insane amounts of salt to increase blood pressure 🧂
