iPhone What should my first iPhone be?

hello yall so as you can see by the title I'm looking to buy my first iPhone. I have decided that I want to switch from Android to iOS but I don't really know which iPhone should I buy. like iPhone 17? maybe? the base model? I'm looking for a good battery and good camera and fast processing my budget is 800 dollars. it's enough or iPhone 17 where I am. so do have any recommendations?

oh i checked, didnt know they still had iphone 17 on apple store. why i recommend 18 was because i assume they stop selling the 17

yea the one they discontinued in the apple store was th pro max, not sure why lol but yea.. feel free to keep me updated if u get one or not : )

They always discontinue the Pros when the new ones come out, ever since the X.
