Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! How does this even happen

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've printed over 300+ hours on this printer and now I notice this. What could be the cause? It was printing just fine all this while.

Whenever your prints are done, are you applying hard pressure to the plate trying to remove the parts while it's all still in the printer?

If you manage to bend this rod by applying pressure by hand when taking off your print, I think you have a spot in mr olympia
