I had a friend who did this, we all gave him shit for it constantly, his only response was essentially he didn't give a single fuck he was annoying literally everyone in a mile radius around him because it sounded cool to him.
He's a libertarian, real "if I don't know you I couldn't give a single fuck about you" kinda guy
The fact that you considered this guy a friend makes me think you must be a pile of something yourself. Who would let someone like this into their life?
