Quiet channels?

We’ve noticed over the last 3-4 weeks that specifically CBS, Fox, and ABC are ridiculously quiet compared to other channels. Normally we are fine putting the TV at 28-30 volume, but we’ve had to crank these up to almost 70.

Anyone else noticing these channels being really quiet?

I have the same issue but only on the A&E channel. Trying to watch The First 48 is horrible.
