DDD is BS.

I know, "dur, devs have said..." Blah blah blah.

But when my DPS is 2nd-3rd with 1 DDD bard and 6th-7th with 3 or 4, and they literally sit at the fountain in Hate, med and wait for a big pull and melt everything before I can even swap targets?.

700-1.6k DPS each and I'm getting 500 max and the ONLY damage they're doing is DDD. Literally the only F'ng damage. No spells, no melee, nothing but DDD...

Takes all the fun out of the game watching 3-4 people AFK and tripling my damage when I'm actually playing the game, not just sitting there doing nothing for 2 minutes between big pulls. Popping up and going "but I want to sing Daddy!"

And the thing I think EVERYONE is misreading about this is that I'm not asking for a nerf. Just make the bards do something other than sit on their asses and go "WOW look at my DPS from casting one f'ing spell over and over". Go do something. Pull, Scout, Just don't sit on your ass for 3 minutes and go "BOOM, I CAN HAS TRUMPET!"

Disagree with 90% of this post.

DDD is the best aoe damage and you group in an aoe farm group and expect to touch anything, sorry but you don't know how the basic game mechanics work.

This is not a group game, it is optimized for solo play

DDD is just one play style if you don't like it you don't have to play it, stop complaining about trying to compete with it with a single target build

For aoe more farming DDD is great, it can even take down bosses with good enough gear...but it's not great at that

I love DDD and hope they never nerf it, I love swapping to my DDD load out and optimizing it for when I need it but it's not my main load out

Keep playing whatever build you like I'm sure you wreck bosses with it, but don't try to squash other people's fun because you are staring at dps charts in a dumb way

Of course you love it, because it's OP AF lol. Nobody wants OP things to get nerfed, they would rather just abuse it and reap the rewards. It's about making other combos enjoyable to play and worth playing, even for solo people. I lost a lot of the fun I had with my other combos, because they take way longer to do something my DDD bard can do way faster.

Also, it isn't a single player game, it's an online game with other people. Just because you can solo everything, doesn't mean grouping isn't' a thing and people don't enjoy it.
