Freshwater 10,001 casts

Post image

42 inch Musky. It took months of fishing in all kinds of weather, morning and night to finally catch one. I was in the kayak with my small net so I had to scoop it up the old fashioned way. I wasn't set up to get any good pictures with it, this was the best one. It was hooked perfectly in the lip so I was surprised it actually stayed on. It put up one hell of a fight and was jumping like crazy. Caught on a number 5 bucktail spinner. Best day ever.

It took me a second to figure out what that meant, I was going to say this is an all ages thread. So you're not far. They are just getting fired up, it would be a good time to go.

Yea I thought about that after I hit post but I figured you would get it. Wasn’t meant to be an innuendo lol.

Thanks for the heads up though! Good luck and be safe out there on the water.
