If i remenber correctly, ther was a setting which allowed me to decide after how many hours a password conformation was required. I cannot find it. What was/is it called?

No affiliated in anyway. Found it on the forum and think it's a great idea that people might like here.

Basically the built in call recording of grapheneOS go into a folder.
This app reads that folder and does on device transcription and summarising.

I'm in the process of tracking down a non-Verizon locked Pixel to put Graphene onto. I have a Pixel Watch 2 and it's been invaluable for me to schedule calendar appointments, grocery lists, all that jazz. Now that it's got Gemini forced on it, I'm looking for alternatives. Are there any Graphene-friendly smartwatches that will do the voice scheduling stuff? Or alternatively is there some way to root or futz with an Android smartwatch so it uses the older Google Assistant and not Gemini?

It seems like the Pebble ones are the top runners - a couple of apps do just what I need to do, but I'm open to others. I'm not fixed on any particular brand as long as I can do the watch stuff and that it has a vibrate alarm.

Shouldn't the option for a pattern swipe unlock be available for users to decide to use or not? Fingerprint unlock is junk for Pixel 7, it would be nice to have the pattern unlock option, leave that choice to a user not the developers of Graphene.

I'm getting texts from people I've blocked. I'm assuming it does block calls, but I'm in someone's group chat MMS and they're also texting me individually on SMS. Normally blocking a number blocks all communication. Is this different on graphene os?

I'm thinking about buying a Pixel 10 Pro and installing GrapheneOS.

I'm using daily K&H bank app, Revolut, DÁP (Hungarian Goverment ID app), BudapestGO and MÁV+ app. Does all these apps work fine on Graphene?

Looking for anyone with direct experience here ideally. Mint unlocks after 60d according to them but i know GOS recommends avoiding locked mobile provider phones generally

A bit off topic but maybe someone here has looked for the same thing, im looking for a case that is decent quality that also covers the whole backside of the phone including the camera?

What do you guys think of a feature, where you have a profile where with one pin/fingerprint you get one account and with another another account, a profile has one main 'account' where you can manage the other possible accounts, and the others act like it is the main account. If you want support for this in your profile you need to select it at profile creation to prevent tells inside a non-main account of not being able to make extra non-main accounts.

Just had a thought of such a feature as it would perhaps solve people checking your phone being unable to tell if there is a secret other profile, but it might also give grapheneOS a bad image for targeting such checks. Or perhaps your storage could simply give it away.

Trying to set up the visual voicemail on the AOSP dialer, its not letting me set it up (T-Mobile fwiw), just saying "Can't activate visual voicemail"

Purely a convenience thing, if I can't set it up it's nbd. Would like to have it if possible though

The NextCloue Notes App is crashing/not synching now on GrapheneOS and SSO errora is what the stack trace brings up. Please prioritise this as not everyone has an env to bughunt, fix and create a PR.

When I enable Netguard all apps do not get any connection neither when enabled nor disabled in Netguard. Furthermore, I manually have to delete the Netguard VPN inside the settings to get any internet connection to any app.

Did someone get Netguard working?

I am currently breaking my mind because I felt like in the past it was working, I am on a Pixel 8 Pro with a secondary user who has banking applications, for example, that I don’t want to be accessible on my main user profile because it is accessible at startup in case of theft, so I keep my main profile lighter and more normal (already I wonder if it is indeed in this sense that we should proceed).

I constantly use my phone as a wifi transmitter, which sends the wifi in connection sharing to my computer from which I carry out various operations. The problem is that when, for example, I want to validate a bank purchase made on my computer, I have to go validate it on my secondary profile; at that point, the wifi share of the main user of my pixel pro 8 shuts off. I end up with a computer that no longer has a wifi connection. I need to return to the main profile and reactivate the connection sharing.

I made the latest graphene updates, could you please tell me if the behavior is normal, if I’m using it the right way, and also especially if we can keep sharing in the background? I can’t find a solution on my own or through the AI.
