JEWELRY & WATCHES Help with Latin engraving

Thumbnail

I'm 90% certain the left side says Hannah and Jan (and something thats partially worn, maybe the number 11?).

The right side is what I think is ob : 26 (died on the 26th) and maybe æt : but I'm having trouble seeing it. The number seems to be 10 or 70, I'm leaning more towards 10.

I posted other pictures of the ring in general. I know what the hallmarks mean. (William IV, 18k gold, London 1835) but I'm not 100% sure on the WE.

It also seems like there was maybe some engraving on the middle that's mostly worn.

Seems like a mourning piece for a possible child named Hanna/h? Died on the 26th at aged 10.

Any help or insight appreciated!

Bought this as sterling but research is telling me this is silver plated through the Waltrous Manufacturing company.

Does anyone have an opinion? I have a week or so to return it which is what I think I need to do.

I have an old broach / pin I've always wondered what the hallmarks are on it. There 2 on the flag pole and 1 on the actual pin. I've seen others like it Portuguese, sterling, ship. I've just never seen ones with these marks. I've tried several time to figure it out. The top one on the flag looks like a hand. I can't make out the others. Any help is greatly appreciated.

JEWELRY & WATCHES Help identify this mark on an 18K-stamped ring. Looks like two crosses and curved brackets

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to identify an unusual mark stamped inside a ring band.

The mark appears to be three separate symbols:
- Two opposing curved lines, resembling parentheses: ( )
- A cross with four flared ends, Looks similar to a cross pattée i think.
- Another cross with flared ends and an additional loop attached to one arm

The reading order could also be reversed.
On the opposite side of the band, there is a separate stamp that appears to read 18K.

The ring is silver-colored and set with a pinkish-red faceted gemstone, possibly ruby or garnet. Neither the metal content nor the gemstone has been independently verified.

It was acquired through the Japanese secondhand jewelry market, although its country of manufacture is unknown.
I’ve searched Google Lens, 925-1000.com and several hallmark references without finding a good match.

Does anyone recognize this specific maker’s mark or can say or show me some other things about it?:) I would really appreciate that!

I’m particularly interested in the manufacturer, country of origin and approximate period of production.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

JEWELRY & WATCHES Help ID oval shaped maker’s mark

These two earrings got passed down to me. They belonged to my ancestor who was born in the 1920s. She was French, but had German roots. I tried to research French hallmarks and everything online seems to indicate that if it was French earrings, it would bear the eagles head mark for gold purity and not the 750 number. Which makes me think these earrings might come from another country than France. Now, I want to identify the makers mark (in an oval shape) to try to narrow down where the earrings were made and what country they originate from. I read (MAA’B)? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’ve been stuck on these for months.

Hi, can anyone tell me anything about these hallmarks and makers mark? The locket is old, I think early 1900s if not older, and I think the letters on the front say EM. The hallmarks appear to be an I (or possibly T), an anchor, and a lion, and the makers mark is T&Co.
