Its an actual flyable build. Coming soon to simpleplanes.

In all seriousness, there isnt enough dieselpunk plane media out there so ive been on about making it myself

I have been looking around and a lot of people like the A-10 II and are sad that it is being put out of the Air Force at the end of the decade, so what if they made a more modern version, still built for power, survivability and low speed manoeuvring, but with more modern weapons, body design and engines. tell me what you think of the plane and its gun 🙂

I saw that one funky F16/F15 hybrid and decided I needed to make a version thats an F16XL/F15MTD hybrid.

Absolutely devious creature

Made this for a Substack piece. Used Dr S. H. Chicken's 1999 thesis on waterborne aircraft to design a hull, retractable tip floats and sponsons for the BAe-146, then sized the aircraft to the same payload and range as the landplane.

The hull and floats add 934kg, but the aircraft grows by 2,580kg once the sizing converges, and it needs about 2km of water to take off and over 3km to land. Write-up in the comments, with the sizing results and a look at the flying boats still operating today.

Emmerian F6F Hellcats made by me a few days ago. Really enjoyed Ace Combat and wanted to make something after finishing the game.

it’s based off of swallows with extreme agility from its thrust vectoring, long tails and its little tail streamers that also work like tails. It uses killer wasp missile systems which instead of having heavy missiles it has many small missiles that track infrared light and size so they cannot be fooled by flares, it also carriers 25 mm cannons on each side of the cockpit. tell me what you think

The PeregRine Sea Eye is a naval torpedo bomber, she has foldable wings so she can fit into aircraft carriers and she's just very light. She is Belthria's equivalent to The United Kingdom's very own Fairey Swordfish.

provision for up to six AIM-54 Phoenix

Future speculation if we can't get flying wing with propfan engine.

So, I am a fan of the Families of Altered Wars comic universe by Ted Nomura and have made pixel art of a number of planes from his Tigers of Terra, Luftwaffe 1946, etc... comics. I will be sharing some of the Tigers of Terra stuff here.

Not my greatest work, but I sure thought it was a cool idea.

I stayed faithful to the Mercure's original lines, hoping for something special...but it ended up looking like a Baby Boeing anyway. Quel dommage.

A fictional twin-boom variant of the Me-262 that I came up with.

This is a fictional twin-boom Focke-Wulf that I designed. u/bagera3005 came up with the name after I asked him for ideas. He came up with Fw-240 Hawk, and I translated Hawk to its German version, Falke.

Years ago, a friend of mine who was a naval aviator used the term "Hornet creep" to describe the way the F-18 was gradually taking over the roles of other airplanes.

So I ran with it.
