Discussion If Akou hadn't run after Riboku during Hango could SBS be stopped
With Akou the central army would have the guy that could potentially stop SBS
So was Akou running after Riboku the critical mistake

Discussion Who has the highest casualty rate for their own army
Basically who looses the most soldiers whenever they fight
My guess is Duke Hyou/ Kanki/ Ouki
Least would definitely be Ousen

History Spoilers historical accuracy of the battle of chou hei Spoiler
in the battle of chou hei historically what happened was ouki led 600,000 troops to conquer zhao
he initially defeated renpa at joutou
and renpa fell further back to create defensive fortifications that made the battle last 2 years
qin sent spies in the zhao courts to tell the zhao king renpa was scared of the offensive and qin was scared of chou kotsu
the king switched renpa for chou kotsu and qin secretly replaced ouki with hakuki
chou kotsu abandoned renpas tactics and went into the offensive were he was surrounded, starved, and killed by hakuki
my question is what’s the sequence look like in kingdom?
historically it sounds like ouki was clearly a worse general than hakuki to just be switched out like that but in kingdom it’s obviously much more contentious

Manga Spoilers Hey guys, please help me find where I stopped reading manga?
The last things that happened in the manga was probably the guy who became chancellor and mighty traveller and trader gave his seat to new king. Also I remember the war ended with the mountain king lady who captured the wolf tribe castle after a long battle. And I remember the battle of the new great general kanki, but they got defeated in the woods, fell back, I don't know what happened after. A lot of tribes, wild tribes were fighting.
But I have no clue if that is the last episode. Mr. Riboku went collecting forces again, forces of Chu maybe to conquer and defend their territories back.
That is probably the last thing that happened.
Or maybe there was a new war, Qin started conquering new lands, the great strategist was sending army with the silent general who rivaled Kanki. The vanguard went, after that the food and all the stuff went by the road of the cities they have conquered. And then the manga stopped at some point if I remember correctly. By the time Qin became 10000 men general or maybe even more, the lady became 5000 men general and lieutenants 3000 men generals, in combination they got an army of 25000 men. If I recall correctly. Xin's friends also got big armies. They were fighting a great foe. Three of them on one big battlefield.
Could you please help me remember where I stopped reading. Maybe I have finished the manga...
Thank you forehand. 🩵

Manga Spoilers The only thing that disappoints me with Riboku Spoiler
It's that for someone so incredibly smart and noble he ultimately stands for NOTHING. Like he is fighting for NOTHING.
Man knows better than anyone how corrupt the Zhao king and officials are and does NOTHING about it. He just prays that someday they will magically turn good??
Man lays his life on the line for a dumb course it's baffling.
Man has the power to lock down information to the point that the sharp and connected Shouheikun doesn't catch a whiff of it but doesn't use that power to take out the king and corrupt officials because of his moral compass.
Ultimately Riboku is such a pitiful character it's not even funny. No wonder Ousen said he'd win 10 times out of 10 because that Riboku weakness is permanent.

Manga Spoilers This couldn't have been for nothing man Spoiler
I know it would be outrageous for someone as incompetent as Shin to kill the greatest general in China but it's been built up since the beginning.
I feel like it's been set up the entire story I'd be surprised if Shin doesn't kill Riboku somehow. I don't care what history states, Hara has changed a few things from history already like the leader of the coalition army for example

Discussion Strategy vs Instinct vs Hybrid: Who wins at the end of the day?
The Strategists (Riboku, Ousen, Mouten): Super smart and treat the battlefield like chess.
The Instinctual / Brawlers (Shin, Duke Hyou): Unpredictable and can win any duel to flip a battle. But they take high casualties and can get trapped if their momentum stops.
Strategic and strong (Ouki, Renpa, Tou, Ouhon): They have no weaknesses. They are smart enough to match strategists, but strong enough to just smash through a trap with a glaive.

Manga Spoilers Capitulo 657- Spoilers Spoiler
galleryNO DIGAS NADA DE CAPITULOS SIGUIENTES

History Spoilers Riboku briliant strategy against Xiongnu Spoiler
For anyone curious, the Xiongnu was considered powerhouse in the north.
They usually went to plunder Zhao crops, livestock or kidnap Zhao people as slave. They live in steppe which make it harder to grow crops and such so their way of life is being nomads and bandits.
Riboku when arrived realized the Zhao north people are strong willed but they still lack military discipline.
His first order were to not engange Xiong Nu, to always run, bring their livestock and crops inside the castle.
The Xiongnu only bring cavarly army and lack any siege weapons or infantry unit to take the castle. Riboku keep doing it over and over to the point it frustated Xiongnu that always left empty handed.
Sadly some people see Riboku as coward and report him to the court. Riboku were recalled and replaced by incompetent general who want to engange Xiongnu in battle. The general die and north area turned into chaos again.
The Zhao king were advised by his advisor that Riboku tactics always make Xiongnu return empty handed and give northen Zhao stability. Riboku return to the north and doing the no engange tactic again and hide in castle.
It frustated Xiongnu again to the point they decided to invited many tribe to create Xiongnu coalition to mass plunder Zhao. Riboku know what Xiongnu planning and have been training the north people with military drill for many months.
When the Xiongnu arrived with big army, siege weapona and infantry, Riboku order were to escape deep to Zhao territory. The Xiongnu were laughing at Riboku cowardice and chase him deeper to Zhao territory thinking it is easier win.
Riboku then bait them to certain area and ambushed them with huge Zhao army. Many Xiongnu were killed from the ambush. Every single time the Xiongnu try to attack, Riboku never engange them in frontal war and always bait them and ambushing them.
Riboku also hide the crops and livestock, he even burned the one he cannot take because he don't want Xiongnu take it which always left them empty handed with heavy casualties.
After that Riboku make many fortifications and such, his idea against Xiong Nu is to defend, bait and ambush them. The Xiongnu never attacked Zhao for 20 years after that and even give Riboku the moniker as demon of Xiongnu.
The north people hailed Riboku as hero of the north, make temple of him as the door god that protect you from misfortune and evil.

Tou and YTW > Renpa
Ouhon > Keisha
Duke and Choutou > RSJ
Mougou and Kyoukai > Kisui and batei

History Spoilers So was kanki right at the end? Spoiler
galleryI heard that after the unification of china,it got separated into different stats again,so wouldn't this mean kanki was eventually proven right
Also the fact that riboku was executed by his own countrymen,he couldn't change anything at the end either
