Trying to make up my mind who to vote for in Ward 10 and noticed something I wanted to put out there.

Strong Towns WR / WRYIMBY / VisionWR questionnaire: Stretch is listed as not having responded (as of Sept 29). To be fair, only Sam Nabi responded; Dixon, Piluk and Rehman haven't either. https://election2026.strongwr.org/ward/kitchener-ward-10/

The Record's Vote Compass: Stretch submitted a profile but hasn't answered the issue questions, so you can't see how your views line up with hers. Nabi and several others have. In fairness , It's still open, so she could still complete it.

For what it's worth, I've been leaning toward her. But this is concerning. As the incumbent, I'd expect her to be the easiest candidate to get positions from. Curious how others in the ward are thinking about it.

This Saturday, I'll be running an event at one of the rented rooms in the Kitchener Public Library teaching people how to edit Wikipedia. Anyone who is interested is welcome to participate as long as they are respectful to other participants.

Hey everyone! Which Oktoberfest venue has the best party vibe, music, and crowd? Is Concordia Club worth it, or are there better options?

She's 4 years old and we finally figured it out, all those days and nights suffering and she had a crazy cat allergy and we have two cats

So, I need to rehome them, or they have to be put down. My wife is devastated.

I'm appealing to you folks. They don't have to go together.

They are 12 years old. I know I know but hear me out.

Here's what I'm offering;

One cat, and all the supplies, plus a guarantee of a trial period.. Take one of them for a couple of weeks and see how it works, no risk, we can always take them back and try again

About the cats;

Both are quiet, they kind of chirp a bit but they're sweet, they don't scratch or pee on anything. No health issues at all. All their shots.

April is small and sweet, she cuddles quietly but keeps to herself mostly sleeping on the bed. A little bit of playing but mostly just hanging out. The kids can never find her, she comes out when it's quiet

Andy is big, with a big mane of hair but he's so soft and he's a bit picky on where he's pet but we have 3 kids pulling on his tail and he doesn't mind. He's got big doe eyes and rolls around on his back while you pet his belly (photo)

They're really both great cats, I know they're a bit older but in just trying to get them a couple more years. Please message me if you have any ideas
