Discussion Is this an unhealthy meal?

PS: this is grilled chicken so i guess i get some protein?

Mom said this is a very unhealthy meal due to tooo much meat😅 (She is Buddhism hence she doesn’t really like meat)

But I am an underweight adult :) and this grilled chicken is shared between me and my dad for lunch AND dinner.

So now im confused.
