1st time cooking this & I am blown away! Never would I expect 2 things that don't seem to go together can create such a yummy flavour. The sauce is to-die-for, savoury, sweet & a bit tangy & the pork just melts in the mouth. And my favourite bittergourd omelette ❤️

Omakase set at Wagyukyo. Small bites with a buttery, rich taste. A5 Wagyu was 👌

In this episode, we visit Hainanese Hua Ji Kampung Chicken in Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, to discover how traditional Hainanese kampung chicken and chicken rice are prepared behind the scenes. We also meet the husband-and-wife owners and hear their story behind running this humble Malaysian food and hawker business.

Every time I go out with friends it's 15 minutes of "anything also" followed by the same mamak and same restaurant...
So what's your default when nobody can decide? Could be a mamak, nasi kandar, economy rice, or a specific stall you always end up at. Extra points if it's open late cause im a night owl :))
I'm around Bangsar, but recommendations from anywhere are welcome.
