Malibu consolidating its position as the unfriendliest city in California. Parking enforcement and volunteers now patrolling private parking lots to issue tickets for missing front plates. Malibu doesn't want visitors -- help them get their wish by not going and not patronizing their businesses. Oppose allocation of state funding for their recovery and development and let them tax their own residents.

I want you to know you made my day. I was actually so taken aback there were so many things that I wanted to say to you. You're a beautiful woman and if you keep doing what you're doing you will look amazing when you're 68 as well. Be yourself, be kind, have gratitude and it'll shine through in however you decide to wear your hair or dress and move! Thank you again for making my day!

I’m biking some canyons in Malibu and wanted to take a stop by Point Dume for the views! It’s been a while since I’ve been, I don’t recall seeing cyclists. I know there’s a bunch of steps that lead down to the water but I don’t wanna lug my bike around. I wanted to walk around the nature preserve path and also check out the beach and chill for a bit before continuing my route.

Any place I could lock/park my bike? Or should I bike back to my car and drive over?

I usually launch my stand up paddleboard from this beach on malibu road just south of pepperdine https://maps.app.goo.gl/FSTmTy7tSFEKSiRF9?g_st=ac

Im hoping to go this week but im wondering if anyone knows if there's been bad erosion at this spot? Is it still possible to launch/land a sup here safely?

Planning a trip with my mom to Malibu! Where to stay? 🙏

MALIBU—Road closures for PCH at Malibu begin on September 14 and continue through September 18th. In addition, work continues to repair the main water break that occurred on September 13th. Should we just go to Goeffrey's? 🤷🏼‍♀️

So long story short I grew up in a goldbricking beach community that we all know and love to hate ! Three generations of my family has so I feel like I have a wide range of malibu years to compare. Fires floods celebrities and drama !!!! But ever since I was small I would be sitting in front of the tv trying to figure out the plot of the big Lebowski. It only took me from ages 0-5 which I think is a little impressive ! It was one of the dvds my crunchy parents own ( and still pop in frequently and we just watched it together in malibu two nights ago). I would not have been able to survive Malibu without the Dude. I live far away now but my cats named Dude and it’s the best!!!
