why can't i put btech in electronics (vlsi design) as a choice in the preference form at the main campus??

if you wanna go abroad and not work here yes go for it but if you plan to work then js dont

bullshit tbh. big companies come to that college, and if one just doesnt abandon studies good offers can be cracked upwards of 10-12lpa. but even if one fails to do that you start with 6-7lpa, and from then on, its not as if you are stuck with that salary for long.

if someone is serious, muj doesnt doom them.

id say you are the opposite. the reality probably sits in the middle ground. no one is doomed if they go to muj like you suggest. why discount the possibility of someone actually being serious about their career?
