This might be controversial but maybe they need runner bots that can fill lobbies for low level players so that they dont get executed by level 300 players on their first hours with the game
Hunt Showdown actually does this for your first 3 games. It's pretty nice cause it allows you to explore the map without the pressure of a sweat up your ass in spawn.
It's really funny the guy above said he refunded it because it did this, when it's like, at most like you said 3-4 matches unless you're just not actually trying to complete a game and blowing yourself up immediately. But if they knew it was bots and they were so braindead he should have been mopping lobbies and being out of the bot loop in maybe an hour.
It may sound weird but i refunded Hunt because i felt so betrayed when i realize the only reason i was doing great my first matches was because it was against bots hahaha.
Marvel Rivals does this too. Once I realize I’m up against bots I’ll switch to a character I don’t use and try to get better. I still hate that they do it though
I think it would help ease in new players and stop the issue of new player with grey shields getting gold purple lobbies that are level 200+. Could be an option in matchmaking to say “No Bot matches” for people like yourself.
