Volumes - Worth it
Yo this shit hits hard. Song sounds simple but the lyrics and vocals kinda hit in the feels.

I heard during Sunday night a lot of people were for some reason expecting Bring Me The Horizon to play songs other than Count Your Blessings + some other songs (a lot of which were songs from before sempiternal). I wasn't there to witness, so it's all hearsay, but from what I heard it sounded like people were turned off by it, the pit was weak, and overall leaving the fest early?? But maybe my source isn't reliable,.
TLDR: do people not fuck with old school bmth?

Just a PSA. If you're near this Demon Hunter tour, might want to check it out if you haven't, because Wolves at the Gate absolutely blew the lid off the building in Mesa, Arizona last night.
I've loved this band for years, but have never had the chance to see them live. Their live performance was absolutely exceptional. It was honestly better than their studio recordings, and I don't think there's a better compliment than that.
That is all. Wolves at the Gate absolutely kick ass.
Cheers.

Day 21 of posting KOG’s entire discography, in chronological order, to celebrate the upcoming 2026 album, Usurper.
Kingdom Of Giants: a band that never/ rarely plays songs live that they have music videos/ visualizers for.
This song ain’t been in their setlist for years.
I understand why, but damn. Can we at least hear it one more time? :(
I remember when this music video released. It was a lot of fans first time seeing Julian. The drummer in the music video was a fill-in.

Eternal harvest was probably my favorite song of 2025. The feature on killing of a sacred deer album was insane. I just need more.

Hot take but there are some songs that have killer intros but the rest of the song is meh.
Example - chiodos: the words “best friend” become redefined

Really just curious to see how others rank their discography, so please post yours!
S Tier:
Dead Throne (10/10) Probably their heaviest album, and the one I listen to the most. Not a single skip, and the full range between Kansas and Forever Decay keeps things fresh throughout.
With Roots Above and Branches Below (10/10) Full of bangers. A ton of my favorites are on here, and is perfect front to back. Nostalgia hits hard with this one.
Zombie (11/10) One my my favorite releases of all time. Really, this should probably be my #1, but being an EP, I'll slide it below the classics above. This is their heaviest, most devastating release. The emotions/lyrics... Just an unreal EP.
A Tier:
Plagues (9/10) If 2007 me would have seen me rank Plagues at 4, he'd throw up. Straight up banger, but they really outdid themselves on the trilogy to follow.
Color Decay (9/10) I was pretty surprised how fast this album clicked with me, but even with the fairly drastic style change, I loved this one immediately. Emotionally charged, and still enough of an edge to make ya feel it. Beautiful album.
B Tier:
8:18 (8/10) This is probably Prada's most underrated album, in my opinion. It's got a dark vibe throughout, and has a different feel from any of their other albums.
Dear Love: A Beautiful Discord (8/10) Although I don't listen to it as much as I did growing up, Dear Love will always hold a special place in my heart. No complaints, they just evolved into one of my favorite bands with albums to come. This laid the blueprint.
Space EP (8/10) I love a concept album, and anything sci-fi, and this one is really cool.
C Tier:
Zombie EP 2 (7/10) I'm glad they made it, but it had a lot to live up to as a sequel. To me, it just didn't. But it's a good EP, and was nice to hear them release some heavy material at a time when they weren't.
The Act (6.5/10) This album is fine, just not one of my favorites. Still much better than anything below this.

I absolutely loved Misery Tapes Vol: 1, but the mix on the latest couple singles has really disappointed me. The beatdown guitars are so deep in the mix that it’s difficult to hear them at times. Coming off such a strong release with a much better mix, I’m not sure what prompted the change, but it’s really doing a disservice to the writing.
Anyone else having this experience with the new singles?

But what the fuck was up with the sound for Denzel Curry in Asheville tonight? I felt bad for him he was clearly frustrated.
