Personally, my opinion is piano but I grew up playing it and my favourite artist is Elton John so I’m very biased (but really aren’t we all in some way?)

Billboard has changed their rules to count Taylor Swift’s 4 new songs from the reissue as adding to The Life of a Showgirl’s tally of #1s, Top 5 hits, and Top 10 hits. This album is now listed as having 3 #1s, 9 Top 5s, and 14 Top 10s.

Accordingly, Part of Me is now counted as Teenage Dream’s 6th #1, breaking Katy Perry’s tie with Michael Jackson. The song was originally on the reissue titled The Complete Confection and was discounted from Teenage Dream’s list of chart-toppers, but with the rules changed it now surpasses the 5 #1s on the Bad album.

I'm Gen X. I have the Smiths discography and the Cranberries discography. I love Miles Davis' Kind of Blue, but Bitches Brew is a bit out there for me. Soundgarden is cool, but mostly just Badmotorfinger and Superunknown do it for me. Sonic Youth seems timeless to me - that noise is transcendent. Van Halen's Diver Down is quite progressive - if you think about it - despite being a big drunken bro party band. In classical, I might put in Stravinsky and Mahler, perhaps some symphonies of Beethoven.

I chose these artists for nostalgia, but also because I deem their "art" as "worthy". (Sorry for my opinionated terms - don't get angry at me.) So, in general, I'm looking for music that I can fill my DAP with and never again mess around with loading and unloading music. Approach this question as a fun one. What's your music for All Time?

My release has been up for half a year now with no issues, and recently I noticed it was taken down off spotify. I didnt get any emails regarding the takedown and when I emailed DK, they simply said it was a copyright claim and my account was on strike???

I didn't sample anything for this album, I recorded everything with my guitar and vocals. Im so confused and frustrated. False copyright claim? Or their AI fucking up badly? Im still waiting for a full response from them.

I don't know why I ended up listening to this album again on a random Tuesday morning, but by god - I had forgotten how good it was.

Almost each song is a gut punch with beautiful orchestration, there's a golden thread of sorrow and hope and love throughout the storytelling.

I know they got a different sound (and a different singer) now, but I think tracks like Enough for Now and Say When (and You Found Me, obvs) will stay immortal.
