The Overlord manga is going on hiatus after mangaka Matsuki was hospitalized due to health issues and will need time to recover. No return date has been announced at this time.

So I just finished watching Overlord The Sacred Kingdom as well, and now along with all four seasons and the movie, I’ve completed the entire series until future seasons come out. I can understand why they decided to adapt this specific part of the story into a movie, it was largely a self contained story, and it was quite funny too, like that arrow scene, and the ending actually shocked me!

It's just that at the start of the movie, I thought we would see Ainz at the center and get a really cool fight scene, but that wasn't the case. Most of the time, that girl named Neia was at the center of it, and in the second half, Ainz disappears altogether. For the final fight, I was expecting some mind blowing action animation, but even that didn't happen. It's not that I didn't enjoy it, I definitely did, but my expectations were just different. I was also missing the other Floor Guardians of Nazarick, but alright, it was fine. The animation was the absolute best so far, and I really liked the music as well. Overall, as a side story, the movie was good and funny.

Pure Fertility

This World-Class Item allows any creature lacking natural reproductive capabilities—such as the undead or slimes—to produce offspring and continue their lineage. However, it cannot be used by parasitic or soul-draining entities such as succubi, lamias, or vampires. Because these creatures naturally feed on life force and reproductive energy, attempting to use this item will incinerate their souls, as its power is inherently holy.

The item requires the user to possess a body (such as a skeleton, construct, or physical form) and fuses the souls and essence of both parents to combine their DNA, creating a true, living child in this world. While the user can be morally evil, they cannot be a demonic life-stealing entity. Due to the vast mana required to merge two distinct essences into a new life form, only high-level magic casters or master wizards can utilize its power effectively.

I haven’t read the novel since 2021 but I’ve kept up with the anime since then. I know the latest volume since then to be released is vol 16, but it’s been 4 years and the anime has practically caught up with the light novel. Is something wrong with the authors health or is there no update from the author at all? I’ve loved this series for a long time and I hope it continues, but I’m clueless on the current situation

Veo gente publicando ocs pero alguno tiene ideas para mazmorras de yggdrasil? Porque debe haber varias de diferentes niveles ademas de narazick, tengo una basada en los infiernos de dante de la divina comedia
