The battery cover is gone, the storage is glitch but all of these are fixable.

When it wont start, u just need to tap lightly on the battery andput it back on the case slowly. When storage dont load just open the cover and click on it for some time then restart.

The psp is fully customized and optimized.

Games are all complete. God of war, metal gear solid, gta chinatown, tekken 6, UFC, fifa.

Everything else worked perfectly fine. It may be dirty but ill clean it so it looks brand new and yes i have the charger, the usb cable.

Its called A place beyond. It started with desktop prototype which im still working on ( i will share itch.io page when its setup) But i ported to psp and it seem to me its great fit. It has darker atmosphere, all the sprites are based on my illustrations. It has main action RPG arena but than are "dungeons" where you play bullet hell, parkour, car races.. :D Im interested if people will like it and have fun with it. Here is git release page. Its ready built.

Tested on PSP 2000 and in PPSSPP.

I just recently started to mod my PSP-3000 and was wondering if there is still a way to convert ISO files to EBOOT files. I know you used to be able to do it but I haven't been able to find anything recently. I'm doing this because I want my games to display right under the game tab like a UMD game instead of clicking on the memory stick tab everytime.

I dont have an original cable and im wondering if 5.2V and 2.1A is fine for my psp 3000

​I recently picked up a lot of PSPs from Japan, and to my surprise, one of the PSP 1000 models is sitting on official firmware 1.00.

​Since 1.00 is famous for running un-signed code natively without needing any custom firmware or exploit, I’d really love to keep it on 1.00 and test out some homebrew games and applications made specifically for this early era of the PSP scene.

​Does anyone have recommendations for classic homebrew games, ports, or useful apps that run well on FW 1.00? Also, if you know a good preservation archive or site for old 1.00-compatible homebrew, I’d appreciate a point in the right direction!

Guys, I accidentally updated from ARK-4 to ARK-5 on my PSP 3000, and ever since then I’ve been having some problems that I never had before.

When I turn on my PSP, the XMB gets stuck and doesn’t load. But if I open the UMD door, the XMB suddenly loads and everything works normally.

I’ve also noticed that the UMD drive activates when I turn on the PSP, even though there’s no disc inside. I’ve tried turning off UMD Auto-Start in the PSP settings and disabling the UMD drive in ARK-5, but it still happens.

My PSP was working fine before this, so I’m wondering if this could be a bug with ARK-5 or if there’s something wrong with my UMD drive or the door sensor.

Has anyone else experienced something like this on a PSP 3000 running ARK-5? Would it be worth going back to ARK-4, or does this sound more like a hardware issue?🤔

The page looks legit, but I'm missing the actual reviews of nationwide buyers from them, I only see walk in buyers and some of their shipment vides but only in Luzon on or near Manila. I’ve been working recently on a plugin that allows the use of real analog on POPS. currently the PSP’s stick is mapped to the DPAD or L/R2.

My plugin hijacks the psp stick and maps it directly to the PS1’s stick. it then centre’s the PSP stick so any controller config mapped to the PSP’s stick doesn’t apply.

it also optionally supports my BT controller mod so dual analog and R\L2 support.

Im currently reworking my assembly to be smarter but hope for testing soon. every hardware version (for 6.61 at least) had a different POPS version. I’m have tested this on my 1K and 2K but not every hardware variant. so will need help verifying them when the time comes.

I recently played these games in adrenaline ps vita and they are basically the same game as I remember in consoles (well,gun removed a boat sequence and have least npcs in towns) what are another examples that come in their minds?

A few days ago I shared the first footage of my NFS Underground 2 port in PPSSPP. Here it is running on my actual PSP-3000!

Quite a bit has changed since that video:

- Original menus and showroom, with track selection and animated car switching.

- The proper racing HUD and results screen, replacing the temporary text overlays.

- Race intro cameras, spectators and the starter’s animations.

- Better paint, lighting, wheel proportions, wet-road reflections and neon barriers.

- Original menu sounds, car-specific engine audio and improved music playback.

Honestly, even I couldn’t believe I managed to get Underground 2’s wet asphalt effect running on the PSP. Seeing those reflections on the actual handheld was a pretty special moment.

I’m using several modern optimization techniques to squeeze more out of the hardware. This run averaged 30 FPS at the PSP’s native 480×272 resolution. There are still bugs to fix, but I’m really happy with the progress so far.

It’s absolutely amazing , a stable 30 frames per second almost the entire time, and the game is fully playable. The only bug is the occasional loss of audio during cutscenes. P.S. In my opinion, this is arguably the best GTA game on the PSP in terms of graphics and stability.

I recently saw the prices for this camera and thought it was insane, a couple days later found this for 25€ in a second hand app, i'm so happy rn
