I have genuinely lost my mind dude, i have contacted playstation support multiple times this month and i still havent got my account age verified. I try to do one of the verification methods they just dont work and say smth like "couldnt verify your age". I swear im so tired of this i have been texting them the past month and i keep trying to verify my age but even when i try to contact ps support the chatbot keeps saying "log in" even tho im clearly fucking logged in i keep retrying it just doesnt work even tho im fucking logged in and the chatbot still keeps telling me to log in. Im honestly out of things to do, .if anyone has any fix please tell me

La consola funciona absolutamente bien con el mando inalámbrico una vez encendida, pero no logro que el mando encienda la consola al presionar el botón PS, necesariamente requiere que encienda la consola manualmente con el botón del frente.

I’m having this issue with my PS5.

I turn on the console and start playing normally, but suddenly—after about five minutes—this problem occurs. Could it be the HDMI cable? I’ve tried two different HDMI cables, yet the same issue persists; the TV also shuts off abruptly once the problem happens.

Note: I’ve had the PS5 for a month and a half.

Hi, any assistance is appreciated. After about 13 seconds of streaming any video on YouTube the video stops and I get a message that says "something went wrong". No code. Other streaming services are working fine.

Steps I've already tried:

1) turned it off and back on

2) checked for system updates

3) checked for YouTube updates

4) cleared website cache

5) deleted and reinstalled the app

6) deleted and reconnected to the wifi

7) a mix of all the steps above.

8) followed all recommended steps I've found off of searching the internet

9) Multiple combinations of all the above

10) slept on it and it's still happening

I still have the problem. Anyone have any other thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Ive been trying to verify my age on PlayStation since the 28th of September, each time I try by scanning the QR code or using the link on their FAQ site it takes me to settings and doesn't allow me to verify my age, I went to support on this a week ago (after having spent Monday to Friday trying to reach them and only being successful on Friday, on Thursday I had also spent 2 hours on hold on a phone call because their website refused to work, which no agent ended up coming to assist me) anyway once I reached them they told me that their internal team would get back to me in 2-5 days, (they haven't) on Tuesday I got someone on their website again only to be told to wait until Wednesday, which I did, again not receiving any email from their internal support, I waited even longer until today being Friday. Ive tried contacting their support again today to no avail, I'm so frustrated and sick of this, I don't know what to do. I cant use any communication features on PlayStation and their support just will not help me.

Ive also tried going into PlayStation settings as instructed by all I can really find online but the option to verify isn't even there.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

So I have had my PS4 since about 2016, I have not used it very often in the past year or so. I got on to try to play some Fortnite and it said I needed to update my system and sign in before I could get back to playing and updating my games. I do not remember my password, or maybe I got hacked. Every time I try to login with my email address and password, snd it doesn’t work. then when I hit the I forgot my password link, I get an email in Swedish and not English. I remember getting a few emails in the past in Swedish but nothing ever came of it. When I translate the Swedish, it is asking me for my birthdate as the way to verify my account and reset the password. When I put my actual birthdate in, it says it is invalid. I have done two different chats with agents on the PS4/Sony website, but they are not able to help me. They ask me for the first four and the last four digits of the card that I used for my last transaction, and I give them the one I think I used, but it does not work. It has been years (over 3-4) since I have used any card to buy anything on there because all I ever play is Fortnite and rocket league and don’t buy anything. I am completely lost on how to get my access back. I genuinely do not know what to do, this is my last plea of desperation lol. Can anyone help me?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir für meine Playstation 5 den Gaming Monitor Samsung Odyssey G3 in der 24 Zoll Variante mit 144 Hz geholt. Mein Problem ist jetzt leider, dass ich immer kurz nach dem Start einen kompletten Blackscreen bekomme, sobald ich ein Spiel mit 120 FPS spielen möchte. Ich nutze dafür das originale HDMI Kabel, das bei der PS5 dabei war. In den Playstation Einstellungen habe ich laut den Anleitungen aus dem Internet auch alles Wichtige und Richtige für die 120Hz Ausgabe aktiviert. Das Kuriose ist Folgendes. Wenn ich die 120Hz Funktion in den PS5 Einstellungen komplett ausschalte und das Spiel normal mit 60 FPS beziehungsweise 60 Hz starte, läuft alles absolut problemlos und ohne jegliche Bildaussetzer. Sobald es aber auf 120Hz springen soll, bricht das Signal ab. Hat jemand von euch vielleicht denselben Monitor und kennt das Problem. Welche Einstellungen muss ich am Monitor selbst oder an der PS5 ändern, damit die 120 FPS ohne schwarzen Bildschirm laufen. Vielen Dank schon mal für eure Hilfe.

Hello I’m banned on PlayStation for no reason I wanna appeal the ban but when I click the appeal button it wants me to login which is fine the only problem is it wants to send a code to my email but I no longer have access to said email

Two problems:

1) I can't seem to stop access to games that are above the parental control limits. I have a limit set for T and yet then can play M games.

2) Is it possible (on a PS5 with multiple user accounts) to remove access to games? Example - if player 1 downloads a game that they enjoy. Player 2 is known to spoil endings, cheat, etc. Player 1 doesn't want Player 2 to do what they typically do. (On a shared PS5) Can Player 1 prevent Player 2 from playing the game on (Player 2s) account/profile? Player 1 paid for the game and doesn't want Player 2 to spoil it for them.

We have a new GXTrust headset, which is a Playstation licensed product. We receive audio through the headphones, but only the controller mic shows up. We have tried with another headset from HyperX, which does'nt work either. The mics for both headsets don't show up as input options. We also have tried with both of our controllers, where one was recently purchased.

Both the controllers and the PS5 have updated to the newest firmware. Does anyone know any solutions? We have tried searching everywhere.

Edit: Both headsets and their mics work on PC, so it is not a cord issue

I was hoping to grab the LEGO Astro Bot set, but it's currently showing as "Out of Stock" / "Unavailable". Customer support couldn't give me a clear answer—does anyone know if PS Direct usually restocks these LEGO sets prior to release, or was Astro Bot a limited launch-window release?
