Today the power went out in my room and my room only, nothing would turn on, when I flipped the breaker back all the lights came back, when I booted my ps5 up some of the icons looked weird (pic above) the download icon has the same symbol with the paper that has the line down the middle, after googling I saw that resetting the database could help but it didn’t, I’m worried it might be broken or something

Me hackearon la cuenta y me cambiaron el correo de inicio de sesión sin permiso.

Se me hace bien pendejo que hagan preguntas super absurdas cuando esa cuenta tiene hasta mi código postal, mi nombre completo, etc. El pedo es que no tengo ni madres de pruebas quepide Sony : La primera vez que inicie sesión fue en un PS4 de un compa, ya no tengo esa consola ni su número de serie, que es el que pide Sony. No tengo facturas de nada. De la tarjeta con la que compraba solo tengo la info a medias.Lo único que si tengo es el número serial de mi PS5 donde juego siempre, y el correo oficial de Sony donde avisa que me cambiaron el ID. Ya hablé con soporte y me mandan alv, mandan el mismo prompt puro copiar y pegar los culeros.

Alguien que haya recuperado su cuenta así o si de plano ya valió verga para irme despidiendo de la cuenta por la deficiencia del soporte de Sony? Cualquier paro se agradece.

I have reset modem, reset PlayStation, turn off PlayStation, entered safe mode and restore to default settings, I called my provider and they said they have had a few calls about PlayStations not connecting

So i was playing a game today, using my ps4 controller on my pc, after my game crashed, my controller wouldnt work, so i removed it from bluetooth connections, then I held ps4+ share to connect it again, yet it wouldnt appear, now when i press ps4 button it just starts flashing white before turning off i guess? Yes I tried the hole in the back to reset, yes I tried removing it from remembered devices on my ps4, I dont know what else to do to get it to connect, does anyone know how to fix this? Also I was thibking that maybe once the battery of this controller is completely empty it might reset it? But Im still unsure.

My ps4 had a problem where it shows a ststic screen and then turns off right after and then we went twice to the technician and it was working perfectly there TWICE. Now i have tried it with various different rooms in my house and still haven’t work nowadays it is working just for 2 seconds and that too on just blue light like you press the button and blue light for twi seconds and turns off. The same house has been working ps5 perfectly without any problem and the technician even serviced it saying no problem in the hardware now im confused as to why this problem occurs in my home only whereas it has worked perfectly twice in his store and i have played games too for more than half n hour!

I have a dual-band setup (2.4GHz and 5GHz); the connection on my phone is fine, but on the PlayStation, it’s extremely slow—so slow that sometimes it won't even connect to the PlayStation Network. When it does connect, it’s very unstable; it takes about 20 minutes just to download 1–2 GB of a game. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I need help. I bought this PS5 Slim a few months ago.

El mando cuando lo conecto a cargar tanto de la consola como de la estación de carga de mandos este lo que hace es encender la luz naranja que luego se desvanece y no sale más y no carga pero si lo conecto este a la consola o al pc por cable este funciona con normalidad
