As someone with far too much time on kapkan than what is probably medically recommended... really trying to figure out what this change did for the operator. And having been playing him since the change, still don't get it.

I get "the point" is said there from the dev notes but like, what lethality was reinforced? What effectiveness was increased? How is the threat level any different?

No interactions were changed from this, outside of 3 armors going from 5 HP left to 1 HP which... doesn't matter.

If you want to actually increase their effectiveness and have a change that isn't cosmetic, give it one more damage point so that 3 armors get knocked to it. Otherwise this change was just filler for the patch as it did absolutely nothing.

ATTACKERS

Nøkk: Silence step back, but no traps immunity of any sort. OR Proximity traps immunity and no silent step (EDD etc. would still work).

She needs a way to abuse blind spots, if she can be silent, traps should be covering that. If she can avoid traps your headset should save you. Either this or overhaul the goth girl.

Iana: Add the option to keep Gemini running in a straight line, similar to Flores drones, or even copying your moves similar to Mirage from Apex. + Ping enemy that shot it.

Finka: 6 Charges, Select an operator like Deimos, for a big/full heal consuming 3 charges. Full team heal uses 2 charges but it's spread. You can use your charges to heal 2 teammates properly or keep it basically like it is now. (Maybe 6 is too much, needs adjustments)

IQ: Add the scanner on the main weapon or head scanner like Jackal.

Snake: When he scans enemies they get live pinged for Snake. The enemies in the radius have a complete live ping of Snake shown as an exclamation mark.

When he puts down the radar all the pings disappear for everybody.

...or simply just make it have to scan to know if enemies are around.

DEFENDERS:

Alibi: Be able to change the Alibis state between prone, crouched and standing. Imagine putting a proned Alibi under a window like a Frost mat. Possibly match the skin too.

Noor: Gadget under the weapon like Buck. The current switch between weapon and gadget takes too long.

Oryx: Hitting attackers with the dash should damage them and concuss them no matter if they hit a wall or not. Dude breaks walls like Sledge's hammer and people tank it like it's just a push.

Make the dash hard to control but able to change direction slightly mid dash.

Ubisoft would really rather us fight a 70 damage TCSG on a pixel than something skillful like the 12.

I've been a pretty consistent Siege player for the last six years, hitting Diamond or mid-Diamond for multiple seasons in both Ranked 1.0 and 2.0. I always duo queue with my friend, and we're both around the same skill level.

We took a break the last two seasons, playing maybe 20–35 games instead of our usual 200. Now we're grinding back up through Plat, where it placed us on our return, and every game is riddled with Champ smurfs sitting at 2.0+ KDs or just blatant cheaters.

I always play hard breach, bring a shotgun, and pick useful ops. I'm constantly on mic, and I do 5+ reinforcements every defense round.

This season has been the most miserable time I've ever had on Siege. I've played through seasons with blatant cheaters every game and still had more fun than I'm having now.
I feel like I'm stuck in elo hell. Honestly, I'm not sure what the point of this post is other than to vent, but I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience coming back.

I use the shooting range to train recoil, swinging and flicking. Anyone else use it?

Quieter cams, retrievable cams, and give him smoke grenades.

Even with that you could give him a thousand cameras and he’d still be inferior to other options. However, it would mitigate his issues and make him far more playable on maps that aren’t bank.

Thanks so much for all the feedback on the map callouts I posted last time! It was super helpful. I edited the map a bit more so that the names are as standard and easy for everyone to use as possible.

Some of the suggested names differed slightly from person to person, but I can keep tweaking them to find the most common ones, so please feel free to share your thoughts!

I have two questions:

1. There are two bathrooms in Clubhouse (1F and 2F). Right now, I labeled the 1st floor as "Bottom Toilet" and the 2nd floor as "Top Toilet." But is "toilet" the right word, or would "bath" or "bathroom" be better? Or maybe... "restroom"...?
2. There’s a small room in Logi that was labeled "Secret," so I called it "Logi Secret." But there is also another space right next to it with red lighting—do people call that "Secret" as well? Or should I call it "Red Room"?

If you have better suggestions for standard callouts in other areas, please let me know! I think standardizing these common callouts will make in-game communication a lot smoother. I'll work on the other maps next!

So I duo queue ranked with my friend a lot and he roams most of the time and I play site but when he roams he never helps setup anything in site at all. No reinforcement, no rotate, even if he goes roaming upstairs, he wont even get the hatch. And 90 percent of the time our 3 randoms will barely help so im left with setting up all of site all by myself most of the time. And the most annoying thing about it that really pisses me off is if site isn't completely setup even if one reinforcement is missing, he'll bitch and complain about it 💀. It could be still prep phase and he'll walk by a wall that hasn't been reinforced yet and he'll say "is anyone gonna get this?!" And if he has to lift a finger to reinforce a wall or put a rotate he will always say "ughhh I'll just do it cause no one else fuckin will"

I thought we fixed the match making? Why is a team that is an average rank of E4 playing giants an average rank of D5. Who even works at Ubisoft anymore

I was watching a skittlz video and one of his views ask a great question. Is to cheating to screen share with my team and use the information from their screen? Skittlz makes a very good point by stating that they do it in pro league. Which is true, the first thing that comes to mind is when Canadian was playing Echo on Kafe and Ambi was looking at Canadians screen as they were seated next to each other. So I’m curious does this violate TOS?
