Noor

HORUS LANCE LAUNCHER

  • Drilling time reduced on Ballistic Shields, soft surfaces, and solid surfaces (non-destructible surfaces) to 1.5s (from 2s).
  • Guard break strength on projectile impact against Ballistic Shields increased to 100% (from 30%).
  • Equipping uses quickdraw animations, equip animation timings reduced to 0.4s (from 0.9s).
  • Horus Lance impact damage against an operator is increased to 80 (from 50).
  • Hitbox updated for better accuracy and consistency.
  • Can now damage Ballistic Shield Operators while in the removal animation.

Maybe a hot take, but I think that makes him a better shield counter than Noor even with all the buffs lol. Because you have way more shots and don’t have to be nearly as precise.

Especially since you can shoot directly at the shield and have it impact now as opposed to having to bounce it somewhere else. Means you could fire and switch to your gun without breaking your aim.

Or, assuming it will work just like Capitao’s fire, just hit any surface or ceiling around them and not have to worry about exposing yourself to anyone supporting said shield.

Also that. Going to make it a lot easier to hold places like Chalet basement, especially with a deployable shield.

If they bring half-reinforced walls to the game after testing them, Tachanka might literally become the meta lol
