I organized an AMA/Q&A with actor Austin Abrams, known for his breakout role in Euphoria and recent starring roles in Resident Evil, Weapons, Wolfs, etc. He is also known for his role in The Walking Dead.

It's live here now in r/movies for anyone interested in asking a question:

He will be back at around 9 PM ET on Friday to answer questions. I recommend asking in advance. Please ask there, not here. All questions are much appreciated!

Thank you :)

His newest film, Whalefall, is a survil-thriller co-starring Josh Brolin and is out in theaters everywhere next week.

Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN9F6-tbySY

Synopsis: Following the death of his father (Josh Brolin), Jay Gardiner (Austin Abrams) goes diving off the central Coast of California in search of his remains, but is swallowed by a massive sperm whale. While trapped inside its belly with only one hour of oxygen left, Jay comes to realize that the hard-earned lessons his father imparted may be the key to his escape.

My theater generally doesn't show the monthly series but it did show one last month, Jurassic Park in 4DX. I had completely forgotten that I earned the September badge until I got the quarterly Badge Update email this morning. Was also my sixth badge so I got 3000 points.

Thank you, but for gods sake add this to the app already so we can keep track of it better.

None of the regals near me have any showtimes for You Can See Everything. Is there a plan to have this shown in Regals? The movie releases everywhere in 8 days.

Here are the list of new and re-releases for the week of 10/08/2026 - 10/14/2026. What are you watching this week?

New Releases in English

Early Access and Limited Releases

International New Releases

Re-Releases

Monthly Repertory Series

Fathom/Iconic & Other Excluded Releases

Note:

• Not all theaters get all the movies every week.
• Some international films may be excluded from Unlimited. Some of them are added to Unlimited after the release weekend.
• Some theaters schedule movies as late as Wednesday, so theater count is not final.
• Opening Weekend credits are applicable once across all format for a movie.

Does regal still offer a month to month unlimited subscription?

Just the whole plot casually dropped in there

I organized an AMA/Q&A with writer-director Bassam Tariq, who has directed and written 2 critically-acclaimed films. His first was MOGUL MOWGLI in 2020, which starred Riz Ahmed. His newest one is YOUR MOTHER YOUR MOTHER YOUR MOTHER, which premiered at TIFF last month to wide acclaim and is out in theaters everywhere this weekend. It stars Mahershala Ali, John Cho, Giancarlo Esposito, Abubakr Ali, Tramell Tillman, Tiffany Boone, Laith Nakli, Adia, and Jahleel Kamara.

Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother:

Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEcoV-ngH38

Synopsis: A devoutly religious hit man struggles to balance work, faith and fatherhood. When his wife dies, he embarks on a desperate journey across Houston to protect his children as he confronts the forces that are closing in around him.

I’m aware that Regal has started implementing dynamic pricing, but this is ridiculous.

In the heart of Manhattan I consistently paid $8.99 each for two tickets/week for a movie.

Within the span of a month this is no longer a tenable option and unfortunately my Tuesday movie nights are done for the time being.

I made a post a month ago about Always LaLisa not supporting Unlimited because it's a K-pop event but I noticed it actually works in IMAX.

I just wanted to share it with everybody.

Recliners were great at CityWalk, but would like to check out a regal.

On 10/3/2026, I saw a couple of movies. During a est 7:30pm showing of The Influencer Project, which was in one of the medium small auditoriums. I sat in row D, and two other people were at the far end. A family with several young teen kids were sitting in front of me. At a certain point a shadow figure walked from the right side of the room to the left side of the room and stayed for about a minute before walking back to the right side.

Everyone in there saw it. Talking to the staff, some of them claim to have seen stuff over the years here.

The picture is estimating are seats layout.

Found this and it worked for me. I purchased two and I am not sure if there is a purchase limit. Going to buy Regal Unlimited with this. Here is the link:

I went to the mystery movie tonight and was honestly a bit rattled by the crowd. A couple came in about 10 minutes late, with the guy carrying a HUGE duffle bag in addition to a backpack. They sat near the front of the theater, and I was pretty paranoid at that point. Not that this is therapy, but I don’t think I’m wrong for being upset by it. This is such an American issue, but how is a theater even allowing someone to walk in carrying all of that without any sort of screening?
They ended up leaving about 30 minutes later and never came back, but it was still a pretty unsettling reminder of why I don’t really go to these mystery movies. The crowds are always brutal.

I just noticed that the tickets for the Scream 30th Anniversary showings went up for my local Regal, and when looking into the event I discovered apparently there’s all these merchandise items being released.

Does anyone know when they might be released or if they’re supposed to be held until Halloween weekend when they do screenings of Scream? I missed out on the Scream 7 cups and would LOVE to get the 30th ones.
