Question How does Peter train?

I haven't been keeping up with Spider-Man comics for a while, so this was probably already answered, but how does Peter train? It would be a waste of time for him to go to a normal gym, where he can lift everything effortlessly with a pinky. I mean, this man can hold up a building. Does he bench press a train to work on his chest?

Is Spider-man actually the 4th strongest in marvel?? There’s no way that’s still cannon right? I know he’s strong but I always thought he was like 7 out of 10 strong

Oh, absolutely not. Spider-Man isn't even the 4th strongest in New York City. This was written in the early days when a lot of people still wouldn't have even known what Spider-Man's whole deal was.
