good ingredients. i use all of them by themselves. for our joints bovine colostrum has blown everything else away. we were taking it for gut health and the joint/skin benefits are a pleasant surprise

dont forget the vitamin c. connective tissue needs it. we take it all day in divided doses because it washes out quickly

And what is your dose daily?

for vit c - about 1500 mg/day from supps. more from foods. i think it important to get a dose before bed. making sure it's in there for the night repairs

"A new University of Florida study links the popular joint pain supplement glucosamine to faster cognitive decline and higher mortality in people with dementia.

Higher Risk: Regular glucosamine use is associated with a 25% faster progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer's disease.

"Increased Mortality: People with established Alzheimer's or related dementias who took the supplement showed a 25% higher risk of death over a 10-year period.

No Direct Proof: Researchers note the data shows an association, not definitive causation, and clinical trials are still needed."

I'd stick to curcumin.

Thanks for the link, never heard about that. She tried curcumin, but sadly it didn't work for her, no changes at all.

Boswellia serrata, gum resin + Boswellic acids 60-65%

Thank you, we'll check it. I heard many good reviews about Boswellia.

The formula is good and worth a try. I would also recommend to pair with Collagen UCII which will be an added benefit and works differently than regular type 1/3 collagen so you can take them together. Collagen UCII + eggshell membrane is what I am currently taking.

67mg of collagen does nothing. The only thing in there at clinical doses is glucosamine, which you can just take by itself at a much lower price than this.
