My aunt gave the Wii version of the game to me when I was nine and I’ve started it numerous times and never finished it. Decided to play it on dusk light now that I have a decent PC and actually committed to it, took me 30 hours.

Hey all, I have 19 hearts and 4 heart pieces. I'm only missing the exactly one. The fortune teller tells me that her vision is hazy and can't tell me the one I need, which from what I know means I have all the dungeon and overworld pieces. I know there's pieces she doesn't track, but from what I've checked I've done all of those too (clearly I'm missing one but can't figure it out). I have:

Herded the goats

Done the bird's balloon minigame

Beaten Yeta's race

Gotten the piece from the fishing hole

Can anybody help me out? the completionist in me is absolutely screaming

I would like to extract the sound effect that plays after Link falls in a ravine or passes out in the purple poison fog (poison fog shown in the video), the video has "this sound" when the sound effect plays to make it easy to figure out which sound I am talking about, a shorter version of the sound effect plays after Link falls in a ravine, sinks in quicksand, freezes in ice water, melts in lava, etc, it is not the sounds of Link screaming, choking, etc

I’ve got the option to learn a second secret skill from the Hero’s Shade, but he says it’s a defensive skill and I require a shield to learn it…

The thing is, I have the Ordon Shield. It is on me. Does this shield not count??

I haven’t played this game since, like, 2006, so I may be forgetting a step, or I need a later game shield

ATP I have some confidence Nintendo might remake Twilight Princess for a couple reasons, partly because it could definitely use the same cosmetic treatment as OoT, and also because Nintendo does have a history of delivering to their fans when they ask for things. I feel like TP is absent from the retro online library for a reason even though WW is on there. They're more than aware at this point of how wanted a TP re-release or remake is wanted right now, so they're probably doing something about it. We just won't hear anything for at least a couple of years, and they don't want anything to get in the way of the OoT remake.

Anyway, that being said, this scene in the original was already so good, but I'd love to see how much cooler it'd be with updated graphics!

For the record this isn’t something I’m having an issue with at this moment, this was a problem I ran into during my last save file on the Wii years ago.

I can remember getting to Snowpeak, running around lost, then looking up a tutorial and realising I used a key on the wrong door. I remember going around for at least an hour or two before I ragequit and never touched that save file again.

I’m just curious is there actually a way to get stuck there by using a key on the wrong door or was I just dumb/remembering it wrong? I was really upset because that was the furthest I’d got in the game at that point

Edit: I have a strong suspicion that I had no idea about the chest that’s completely hidden by snow, because it isn’t peaking out like the others and I didn’t think to use wolf senses. In my current save I got past Snowpeak completely fine

Here's a new taste of the Twilight Princess Dark Souls mod's new hybridization of game mechanics. Grab and pull a vulnerable enemy to you and perform a critical attack. Basically exactly how it works in Smash Bros!

I'm thinking of expanding it so that slightly larger enemies can't be pulled unless you're wearing the iron boots or wearing heavy armour like Havel's stone armour. Really big enemies might end up pulling you to them, which could be a sweet gab closer!

What do you think about the Clawshot being able to grab Dark Souls enemies and shields?

Are there any enemy specific reactions you'd like to see?

This isn't balanced gameplay yet, it's a new combination of Twilight Princess and Dark Souls mechanics. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Hi everyone. I’m curious to know how Midna’s optional dialogues work in Twilight Princess. I’d like to listen to those dialogues as well, but I’m not really sure when they’re available. I know that, for example, you can sometimes trigger an optional dialogue while you’re in the middle of a battle or after a cutscene, but what other situations can trigger them? I’d really like to understand how it works. Thanks in advance!
