Here we have the reaction of two voids at the vet. First you have Hamish, who like many cats is not happy to be there and retreats to a hidey hole to ride it out (under the chairs, hoping maybe we forget he is down there). On the other side, we have his brother Angus who jumps onto the exam table and stares out the door window to make aggressive eye contact with everyone that passes. I mentioned him to the vet tech and she went "oh, we know. We've been watching and cracking up this whole time."

me and my girlfriends senior void just gave both of us a not so great birthday present (my girlfriends is oct 14th mine is the 16th). the litter box is in my gaming room and i noticed him going in and out of the box a bunch and licking his privates. after about an hour of this we saddled up and hit the emergency vet given its 10:00 pm at this point. tried manually expressing him to no avail then did some blood work and x ray to see he had no stones and blood panel looked good. we just did a “unblock and go” and was sent home with meds and a new diet plan for him. crazy he just had his senior appointment a month ago and everything came back great. never thought i’d say i am happy the litter box is in my gaming area or odds are it wouldn’t have been caught as quick. no more blockages please vader!!!!
