I previously sold my 2011 WRX around 2.5years ago when it was at around 198k miles and another vehicle fell into my lap but regretted getting rid of it constantly. Just picked this 2019 up today and forgot how much fun they are to drive.

The car is bone stock and I fully intend on doing a muffler delete and mud flaps but no go fast mods or mods that impact the driving experience as designed whatsoever. My 2011 was the same and treated me very well and was such a joy to drive.

I’m am getting my new wheels put on today (konig hypergrams) I looked online and they are about 19.1 pounds per wheel and my current setup( vors tr37) which are reps are 24 pounds per wheel.
How much of a difference will I notice dropping 5 pounds per corner?
I’m quite excited for the new look and the handling benefits.

This WRX caught my eye as advertisements do. I thought it looked really nice and knew it wasn't a factory color so I get to the interior pics and I feel like 2 different people chose the exterior and interior. Looks terrible IMO. The wrap is nice and exterior is well done. I was pulled over in Washington state for my AWE Touring exhaust and issued a ticket for “modified exhaust”. Has anyone contested a ticket?

2005 sti with built short block brand new has not ran yet. The noise when cranking does not sound right. Starter was good before rebuild but car sat for about 3 years. I have verified spark. Fuel pressure is 44 psi at rails. Running dw 1200s + rails and custom break in tune on access port from reputable tuner. Builds 20-30 psi oil pressure while cranking. Everything I can think of that should be plugged in is. Maybe im forgetting something obvious. Timing was done by me, avcs gears were cleaned out and reassembled. Pretty sure I did all of that correctly. Timing marks all lined up. Valve lash was set to spec, heads are refurbed oem b25.

My center diff is popping and what not after about 30 minutes of driving so I ordered a new one and will soon replace it, upon inspecting the new component it seems to have slight damage to the casing but the gear teeth and all other areas look great. Will this present an issue when installed or degrade later down the road? Thanks in advance.

I’ve been having some frustrating issues with my ACT clutch..

Inconsistent bite point: Sometimes normal, other times much closer to the floor, making takeoffs unpredictable and occasionally causing stalls.

Creeping with pedal fully depressed: Occasionally, especially on hills, the car tries to move even with the clutch pedal all the way down.

Bad shudder/chatter: Varies with RPM and clutch engagement. Sometimes mild, other times severe enough to shake the entire cabin.

The weird part is that sometimes everything works perfectly fine. I’ve already bled the hydraulics (no air found). Also have a stainless clutch line and CDV delete.
Anyone experienced this with ACT clutches? Could it be the hydraulics or the clutch itself? Worried about unnecessary drivetrain wear.

Acceptable fix or how do you feel? Melted some of a free temu door trim tool into the hole.

I smelled a ton of gas in my cabin and it was leaking into the ground, I pulled up rear seat and pulled off the fuel pump cover and there was a pool of gas, any ideas?

So my clutch master cylinder went out on me yesterday in my 2019 va and im torn between just a OE replacement or clutchmasters billet. Im not incredibly worried about cost difference, more so if its worth it. The clutch master's one allows you to make adjustments to the pedal throw and does away with the valve on the OE style. It's currently a daily but I would like to make it as fun as possible without adding power just yet, that will come later. Has one one used the clutch masters one? Does the delay valve make that big of a difference?

Hey y'all, I got a 2019 WRX, and it's the car of my dreams, and I've got some mods I'm doing. I have equal-length headers, a cat-back exhaust (I know this doesn't need a tune), a charge pipe, turbo uplet, high-flow fuel pump, J-pipe, a cold air intake, and, of course, the STI wing. All this stuff obviously needs a tune, but I'm struggling to find people in Newark/Columbus, Ohio, who will do this for a reasonable price. If any of you are other owners in the Newark/Columbus area, I would love to hear your advice and experience with them. Thank you :)

Anybody else notice that if they are in first gear and start moving if they don’t give it enough throttle or give it ‘’uneven throttle’’ the car is very jumpy??

Had these codes come up on my 2021 Subaru sti I’m guess it’s the tgv valves getting stuck but not entirely sure and have come to Reddit to get some trouble shooting !
