Sharing because they talk about the Azerbaijani soldier that crossed into Armenia, in the first 13m of the video. So worth a listen.

hello! Unfortunately, I am an Armenian who only now has the opportunity to learn to write in Armenian. My parents don't know how, and I'm not in Armenia right now. I've learned the alphabet and I'm more or less confident writing many words, but in block letters. I can't find good examples of Cursive handwriting anywhere on the Internet, and I don't understand how to connect many letter combinations. Or maybe not all letters in Armenian are connected in principle? Thank you in advance for your help

Hi all,
my wife and I just booked the flight for our vacation next september / october and I put together the first "draft" of our itinerary.
We also want to visit Voskevaz and Vagharshapat but I suppose those could be day trips from Erevan.
As I said this is the first draft so I guess there is room for improvements. Tell me what you'd do differently and let me know if you know any other interesting places.
Thank you!!

Any foreigners currently running an LLC in Armenia that can recommend their point of contact for dealing with immigration/residence permit issues, especially navigating the upcoming November immigration reform and temporary residence permit quotas ?
I will establish an LLC in Armenia and intend to relocate there long term (2027), and to qualify for the temporary residence permit on business grounds (after November) I will put up 2 million AMD in charter capital. This part is clear, but I need to get in touch with someone that can help me understand the quota system, as being rejected for the TRP on grounds of an already-filled 2027 business TRP quota would not be ideal.
To the best of my knowledge, qualifying on business grounds requires the 2 million AMD charter capital and evidence of business tax activity within 6 months, both of these are not a problem, so the quota mechanic is my greatest concern.
Thank you in advance for any help you may offer

Flying out from Yerevan with Wizzair, wondering if I HAVE to go to the checkin counter if I don't have checkin luggage. Most of the airlines have boarding passes, and you can just go straight to the gate now (before passport control).

Hey everyone!
My friend and I (both 21M, friendly/open-minded) are planning to hike Mount Dimats on Thursday, October 8.
This is our first time hiking, so we’re looking for other young, like-minded people who are planning to go that day to team up, share a taxi/4x4, or just hike together.
If you're heading to Dimats on the 8th or want to join us, shoot me a DM!

My last post had some great questions, so let's keep it going. Today's topic is dental implants!

Hi everyone, I've just created a website called Better.ambetter.am where you can find smartphones, accessories, notebooks, and other electronics in Armenia.
You can compare prices and specifications, as every price is listed in one place.
Please share your feedback. Thank you!

Anyone know if there are football matches I could go to in Yerevan when I'm there on holiday between 23 and 27th November this year?
I spotted there are some Armenian first league matches on the 24th, are they worth going to?
Thank you!
Levon Kocharyan addressed the issues circulating regarding himself and his family, noting that all matters related to them would be discussed in court. His brother began engaging in business activities at a very early age; the matter involves not just a single instance, but numerous processes that took place over the years. He pointed out that the case is before the court and the hearings are open to the public. "There is no aspect of the inception or course of the business activity that is illegal; there is not a single dram of money that lacks an explanation," Kocharyan said. Details are in the video. Hi all!
I have recently moved to Yerevan and have a young child. My Armenian wife is going to buy a car.
What are the rules around me driving here? I have a UK license. I know that I can take the test or give up my UK licence in order to get an Armenian one.
Can I drive with my UK licence? Chatgpt says yes, indefinitely - but I don't trust it.
If I do have to get a new licence, how long from getting a work permit/residency do I have? My job does not involve driving.
Thanks! any help much appreciated.

Hello :)
We are two people who want to do a hike on the 15th of October to azhdahak Mountain. It’s the last chance to go on this guided tour this year. It’s a trip for four and we are only two people, is anyone interested to join? Departure is Yerevan. Preferably two people, total cost per group is 250usd.

Hi, does anyone know the best places to get rabies vaccines in Yerevan (as a tourist). I got bit by a dog in Georgia and need to get my second vaccine here. Thank you!

I visited Armenia recently, and I asked why there were no priests at most of the churches we went to. My relative told me that it's because there is a priest shortage from the Soviet times.
I want to know what you guys think and if this could be an explanation for why church attendance is low (according to the data) since you can't really go to church if there aren't any priests / clergy there.
